Ich war sehr in Eile um etwas umzutauschen und habe 30min gewartet bis ich angerufen habe und mir gesagt wurde, dass „Mittagspause“ ist. Frech Interesting that there is a 1 hour lunch break. Does not appear in the opening times. I was in a hurry to exchange something and waited 30 minutes until I called and was told that it was "lunch break". Naughty

Die Dame an der Kasse verdreht die Augen- ich habe ihr nur angezeigt das ich mit Karte bezahlen möchte, da sie zu sehr beschäftigt war sich mit ihrer Kollegin über private Probleme auszutauschen habe ich gesagt - bitte mit Karte, schnauzt mich die Dame an - ich möge sie nicht anschreien und verdreht zu ihrer Gesprächspartnerin die Augen und macht abfällige Bewegungen und mault nach. Unmöglich gegenüber von Kunden Extremely rude and arrogant staff. The lady at the cash register rolls her eyes - I only indicated that I would like to pay by card, because she was too busy talking to her colleague about private problems, I said - please with the card, the lady snorts at me - me may not yell at her and rolls her eyes at her interlocutor and makes derogatory movements and moans.
