Very dissatisfied. Reachable by phone in 30 minutes in the branch very unfriendly not helpful. Will definitely switch my account soon.

Filialen werden geschlossen um möglichst klein zu werden, damit einer Fusion mit Bank Austria nichts im Wege steht. BAWAG P.S.K as it is in the book. No customer proximity, employees have pressure and have to sell what the customer does not need. Branches are being closed in order to be as small as possible so that nothing stands in the way of a merger with Bank Austria.

C	C. Steger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute, den 5.1.2022 war ich auf der Bank, weil seit Oktober 2021 meine Kreditkarte nicht funktioniert. Die "Dame" am Eingangsschalter (schwarze Haare, schwarze Kleidung). Sie hat meine Karte zurück geschmissen nachdem ich 1/2 Stunde angestellt wartete auf die Bedienung. Unfreundlich half sie mir nicht sondern verwies mich auf die BawagPSK Wien wo ich mein Konto vor 38 Jahren eröffnete. Nachdem fragte ich nach ihrem Namen, den sie verschwieg. Ich wollte zu ihrem Chef, der auf Urlaub ist, genauso wie der Kontoführer in Wien. So ein "Personal" wird bezahlt mit meinen Kontoführungsgebühren? NEIN, Danke!! Ich löse daiese Geschäftskonto bei der BawagPSK somit auf! Today, January 5th, 2022, I went to the bank because my credit card has not been working since October 2021. The "lady" at the entrance counter (black hair, black clothes). She threw my card back after I waited 1/2 hour for the waitress. She didn't help me unfriendly but referred me to BawagPSK Vienna, where I opened my account 38 years ago. After that I asked for her name, which she kept quiet. I wanted to see her boss, who is on vacation, just like the account manager in Vienna. Such a "staff" is paid with my account management fees? No thank you!! I am closing this business account at BawagPSK!
E	Elisabeth Sommeregger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die mir zugeteilte Mitarbeitern war für telefonische Fragen bzw. eine weitere Terminvereinbarung zur Abklärung von noch offenen Fragen nicht mehr erreichbar, weder per E-Mail, noch telefonisch. Auch ist es nicht möglich, mit dem Chef oder einer anderen MitarbeiterIn in Kontakt zu treten, da man automatisch an eine Telefonzentrale weitergeleitet wird, wo sich außer einem Automaten niemand meldet. The employee assigned to me was no longer available for telephone questions or another appointment to clarify open questions, neither by e-mail nor by telephone. It is also not possible to get in touch with the boss or another employee, as you are automatically forwarded to a switchboard where nobody answers except for an automat.
