Wen man etwas am Schalter erledigt haben will wird man auf unhöflicher Art und Weise darauf hingewiesen das man dies auch online machen kann man bekommt das Gefühl das die Angestellten keine Lust hätten zu Arbeiten... Und das ist nicht das erste mal passiert dass man für eine information oder dergleichen lustlose Antworten bekommt . Unfriendly staff. Long waiting times. Man wird außerdem sofort geduzt. Seit frau beneder weg ist leider schlecht geworden. Terribly unfriendly employees. When changing money you are immediately asked if you are a customer. Terribly rude. Wurde abgewiesen mit der Aussage " wenn sie kein Kunde von uns sind , geht das nicht " !!!! Kundenservice ist ein Fremdwort!!!!!!!!!!??????? Friendly but incapable! Wanted to change money, in small bills, since I'm going on vacation. Was rejected with the statement "if you are not a customer of ours, that is not possible" !!!! Customer service is a foreign word !!!!!!!!!!! ???????

Der Kundenservice wird in dieser Filiale anscheinend sehr groß geschrieben und ich bin bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das einzige was doch teilweise ein Ärgernis ist sind die langen Wartezeiten bis man schließlich betreut wird. So far I have had consistently positive experiences here. The customer service is apparently very important in this branch and I have always been very satisfied so far. The only thing that is sometimes a nuisance are the long waiting times until you are finally looked after.
