M	Milena Ivkovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrung zu diesen Ort ist sehr schlecht. Der Poststand ist wirklich richtig unfreundlich, kein Hallo kein nichts ! Von den Bankmitarbeitern brauch ich nicht reden, auch sehr unfreundlich und inkompetente Bankangestellte habe ich in garkeiner Filiale gesehen. Sie helfen einem null weiter und schauen dich nicht mal an beim reden sondern kramen in ihren Schränken daweil herum. Obwohl das für mich die näherstehe Filiale ist werde ich meinen Besuch dort vermeiden. So sollte man nicht Leute behandeln, die dort ihr ganzes Geld aufbewahren. My experience of this place is very bad. The post office is really really unfriendly, no hello no nothing! I don't need to talk about the bank employees, I also saw very unfriendly and incompetent bank employees in no branch. They help you zero and do not even look at you while talking but rummage around in their closets. Although this is the closest branch for me, I will avoid my visit there. This is not the way to treat people who keep all their money there.
S	Spaceman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Es herrscht in der Filiale ein Chaos und die Kunden wissen nicht wo man anstehen soll um von Angestellten betreut zu werden. Manche Angestellten handeln äußerst unprofessionell und zeigen mit dem Finger auf Kunden. Very poor customer service. There is chaos in the branch and the customers do not know where to queue to be looked after by employees. Some employees act extremely unprofessionally and point a finger at customers.
A	Allah's Sexsklave on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schreibe ungern schlechte Rezessionen, aber wie diese Filiale mit Kunden umgeht ist unterirdisch. Sie geben einem keine Antworten, lassen einen nicht ausreden und machen sich unterschwellig lustig über einen und glauben man bemerkt es nicht, nur weil man nichts sagt. Dieses Personal braucht dringend bessere Schulung und muss offenbar fundamentale Dinge wie zuhören lernen. Ich werde mir eine andere Bank als Bawag aussuchen und rate jedem das selbe. Danke. I hate to write bad reviews, but how this branch deals with customers is underground. They don't give you any answers, don't let you finish speaking and make subliminal fun of you and believe you don't notice just because you don't say anything. These staff urgently need better training and apparently need to learn fundamental things like listening. I will choose a different bank than Bawag and advise everyone the same. Thank you.

Sagte der Beraterin ob sie so lieb wäre, mir einen zahlschein zu überweisen. Sie gab mir eine urfreche Antwort ich kenne mich mit dem sb Automaten nicht aus. Die Dame mit deutschen Akzent war saufrech hat mir nicht geholfen. Ueberlege mir, die Bank zu wechseln. Liebe bawag, sie können mit ihrem Service einpacken man bekommt null Hilfe werde die Bank wechseln I have never seen such unfriendly staff as in this branch. Am an older woman. Told the counselor if she would be so kind as to send me a payment slip. She gave me a very cheeky answer I am not familiar with the self-service machine. The lady with a German accent was crazy and didn't help me. Consider changing banks. Dear bawag, you can pack with your service you get zero help will change banks

M	Miki M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich die Bank wechseln möchte wollte ich eine Auskunft über meine Sepa Lastschriften und Daueraufträge. In der Filiale wurde mir aber gesagt, dass mir keine Auskunft darüber gegeben werden kann. Faul und Frech klingt das für mich. Mir kann keiner sagen, dass man dem Kontoeigentümer höchstpersönlich keine Auskunft darüber geben kann!! Nachdem ich einen Freund, der bei der Bawag arbeitet (nicht in der Troststraße) nach dieser Auskunft gefragt habe, hat er mir diese natürlich gegeben. Unprofessionelles Personal Since I want to change the bank, I wanted information about my Sepa direct debits and standing orders. In the branch, however, I was told that I could not be given any information about it. That sounds lazy and cheeky to me. Nobody can tell me that the account owner himself cannot give any information about it !! After I asked a friend who works at Bawag (not on Troststrasse) for this information, he of course gave it to me. Unprofessional staff
B	Bobby Anaba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed at the Banker at Room B03.the lady at room B01 was busy and the Lady at BO3 wasn't busy, I went to her and asked if I can come in because it is urgent.she asked if I have appointment and I said no,then she said wait abit.i waited for 28munites and decided to go home with Anger.i feel like closing my account with the bank.very incompetent worker
L	Larsen “Lars” Hold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hard to take credit for online credit dont have organization servers tell me bring that papier when i bring ( send on mail) after few days tell me bring another papiers and etc. when i send all papiers servers tell me sorry you dont have chance for credit you dont work one year. But on online ads there have signs online credit from 6 mounths work i work 7 mounths and dont give me a credit that ads is lie dont recommend for young people who need bank when you have unlucky period in another bank give me credit without one year of work time period and because of that i open new account in new bank
