Jänner 2020 da, hab der Kassiererin gesagt dass sie mir 3 kleine Hausbrot weglegen soll ( habe es auch extra gezahlt) dass sie es nicht vergisst, aber wurde wieder mal vergessen. Das passiert schon zum 3.mal. Die kassiererin hat sich nicht mal entschuldigt. Almost NEVER small house bread available !!! Was there on January 6, 2020, told the cashier that she should put 3 small house bread away (I paid it extra) that she didn't forget it, but was forgotten again. This happens for the third time. The cashier didn't even apologize.
S	St W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal ist unfreundlich, versteht Fragen nicht, hat keine Ahnung von den Produkten könnte daran liegen das sie kein Deutsch kann was man bei Kundenkontakt vorrausetzten sollte. Abgesehen davon das für die Qualität die Brodukte überteuert sind. Diamant wie beim Namen wollen die sich nur verdienen. Werde nie wieder diesen Laden betreten. Staff is unfriendly, doesn't understand questions, has no idea about the products, it could be because they don't speak German, which should be a prerequisite for customer contact. Apart from the fact that the products are overpriced for the quality. Diamond as with the name they only want to earn. Will never enter this shop again.
A	Ani Muni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal! Obwohl ich dort Stammkundin war, hat mir die freche Dame dort 5,60 verrechnet für 2 Hotdogs und eine Pizzaschnitte. Eingebackt hatte sie nur ein hotdog und eine Pizzaschnitte. Ich hgabr erst später gemerkt, dass sie nicht korrekt war, bin wieder zu ihr und sagte ihr was los was. Sie sagte direkt ich könnte auch lügen. Also bitte für 1, 60 habe ich keinen Grund zu lügen. Somit haben sie mich als Kundin verloren. Ich habe die eine Pizzaschnitte und 1 hotdog zurückgekassen und 5, 60 Euro gescheckt. Vlt braucht sie mehr das Geld als ich ;) Very rude staff! Although I was a regular customer there, the cheeky lady there charged me 5.60 for 2 hot dogs and a pizza slice. She had only baked a hot dog and a pizza slice. I didn't notice until later that she wasn't correct, so I went back to her and told her what was going on. She said directly I could lie too. So please for 1.60 I have no reason to lie. So they lost me as a customer. I cashed back one pizza slice and 1 hotdog and checked out 5.60 euros. Maybe she needs the money more than I do;)
K	Kat Ze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gutes Hausbrot (schön saftig und großporig!), richtig gutes Plundergebäckt (zB. das Schokocroissant und die Apfeltasche) und das alles zu einem Spitzenpreis. Das Brot hält bei mir nicht lange, weil ich es innerhalb eines Tages aufesse, so gut ist es. Very good house bread (nice and juicy and large-pored!), Really good Danish pastries (e.g. the chocolate croissant and the apple pocket) and all at a top price. The bread doesn't last long with me because I finish it within a day, it's that good.

Der Joghurt aus der Käserei Gloggnitz, der 1 zu 1 schmeckt, wie der Joghurt in Ex-Jugoslawien, ist ein Traum. Man fühlt sich vie zu Hause. Die Bäckerei und deren Produkte sind absolut empfehlenswert. Very good burek! Fresh, not so greasy and yet not dry. The cheese in it is great and tastes very good. The yoghurt from the dairy Gloggnitz, which tastes 1 to 1, like the yogurt in ex-Yugoslavia, is a dream. You feel very much at home. The bakery and its products are absolutely recommendable.
M	Martina Lunzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Überhaupt nicht gut!! Ein Kaffee im Pappbecher 2,50€ Eine Tiramisu Schnitte die nach überhaupt nichts schmeckt auch um 2,50€. Und eine Karamell Schnitte auch um 2,50€. So eine Karamell Schnitte gibt es bei der Türkischen Bäckerei Damla und dort schmeckt die extrem gut. Schade um das Geld. Es schmeckt nach rein gar nichts. Das einzige war der Kaffe, der wenigstens nach etwas schmeckte. Aber da kann man auch nicht viel falsch machen. Mit Sicherheit kommen wir hier nicht mehr her!!! Not good at all!! A coffee in a paper cup € 2.50 A Tiramisu slice that tastes of nothing at € 2.50. And a caramel cut also for € 2.50. There is such a caramel cut at the Turkish bakery Damla and it tastes extremely good there. Too bad about the money. It doesn't taste like anything. The only thing was the coffee, which at least tasted like something. But there's not much you can do wrong there. We will definitely not come here anymore !!!
