Man wird nur zu den Automaten verwiesen und muss sich alles selber machen und bekommt auch nicht wirklich Hilfe dabei.
Meine Filiale in Steyr-Münichholz hat vor einigen Jahren geschlossen und seit dem ist niemand für mich zuständig. (Habe keinen persönlichen Bankbetreuer mehr)
Außerdem wäre es nicht schlecht zumindest 1 Tag in der Woche nachmittags geöffnet zu haben, für Berufstätige...
 Very bad and unfriendly staff that does not want to help a customer any further.
One is only referred to the machines and has to do everything himself and does not really get help with it.
My branch in Steyr-Münichholz closed a few years ago and since then nobody is responsible for me. (Do not have a personal banker anymore)
In addition, it would not be bad to have at least 1 day open in the afternoon, for working people ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von den wenig kundenorientierten Öffnungszeiten ganz zu schweigen, ist hier wohl auch der Servicegedanke gänzlich verloren gegangen. Wenn man Geld von seinem eigenen Sparkonto abheben möchte und dann kritisch beäugt wird und sich Fragen zum Thema Geldwäsche anhören muss, hört sich der Spaß echt auf. Zum Beantragen einer neuen Karte (alte schien defekt) benötigt man übrigens Pass und Meldezettel - man kommt sich fast schon vor wie auf dem Amt. Ich werde daher umgehend die Bank wechseln.
Not to mention the less customer-oriented opening times, the service concept has probably been completely lost here. If you want to withdraw money from your own savings account and are then viewed critically and have to listen to questions about money laundering, the fun really stops. By the way, to apply for a new card (old one seemed defective) you need a passport and registration form - you almost feel like you are at the office. I will therefore change banks immediately.
