Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend aber auch kompetent mit großem Wissen - ein echter Fachmann mit Herz. Schön, dass es noch so tolle Handwerksbetriebe gibt. I am always happy when I meet people who love what they do. From now on we will bring all of our watches to Mr. Goldmann. Very friendly and accommodating but also competent with great knowledge - a real expert with a heart. It's nice that there are still such great craft businesses.

Uhrmacher, inklusive Cartier selbst, meinen Cartier Wecker mit Quarzuhrwerk nicht reparieren konnten war die Werkstätte Goldman, die mir empfohlen wurde, meine letzte Hoffnung. Obwohl ich außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten kam, hatte mich telefonisch angemeldet, wurde ich freundlich empfangen und sofort bedient. Innerhalb weniger Minuten funktionierte der Wecker wieder. Möglicherweise war es nur ein Kontaktfehler. Der Wecker bleibt aber zur Beobachtung in der Werkstatt, falls noch ein weiterer Fehler auftreten sollte, wird weiter Ursachenforschung betrieben. Ich kann nur ein großes Dankeschön für die Freundlichkeit, fachliche Kompetenz und Hilfsbereitschaft aussprechen. Besser geht´s nicht!! Great watchmaker! After 3 (!) Watchmakers, including Cartier himself, could not repair my Cartier alarm clock with quartz movement, the Goldman workshop, which was recommended to me, was my last hope. Even though I came outside of the opening times, had registered by phone, I was welcomed in a friendly manner and served immediately. The alarm clock was working again within a few minutes. Maybe it was just a contact error. The alarm clock remains in the workshop for observation; if another fault should occur, further investigation into the causes is carried out. I can only say a big thank you for the friendliness, professional competence and helpfulness. It couldn't be better !!

Wir Uhren-Liebhaber möchten stets sichergehen, dass ein absoluter Fachmann am Werk ist und für mich persönlich ist auch die menschliche Komponente extrem wichtig. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl und kann auch ein wenig fachsimpeln ;-) Ich meide die offiziellen Händler, weil ohne zu fragen, oft Teile ausgetauscht werden, welche die Uhr ein Stück weiter weg vom Originalzustand bringen. Und hier ist man bestens aufgehoben. I already had my second watch there - once a partial service and once a small service - and can only make the warmest recommendation. We watch lovers always want to make sure that an absolute specialist is at work and for me personally the human component is extremely important. You feel at home straight away and can also talk a little shop ;-) I avoid the official dealers, because without asking, parts are often exchanged that take the watch a little further away from its original condition. And here you are in good hands.
