Fun to fly with Tunis Air. The crew arrives an hour and a half late on the Saturday 15.9.18 flight to Vienna. So all passengers have to wait. On the plane the announcement comes that we now only have to wait a quarter of an hour for the second pilot. All passengers were extremely annoyed. Especially those with smaller children. And that in the heat. But it was easy to switch on the air conditioning. After all, the machine was more modern on the return flight. The staff is super friendly ... You have to make it up to you, you can tell ... Children were allowed to look into the cockpit, which was of course a great experience during the flight. The food is a matter of taste ... or with me the eye eats with you ... so I decided to let it go, I prefer to fly with an Austrian or German airline. A suitcase did not arrive on the flight from Vienna to Monastir. But I rather attribute that to the man at the check-in counter in Vienna. He had his first day and we already suspected bad things because he did not get the 10 kg baggage allowance for the baby or somehow distributed the kilos of the 4 suitcases. Of course the vacation started with a lot of fun, it was the suitcase with the diapers ... arrived in Monastir a week later. In Monastir this was not a problem. He checked the suitcases in on the return flight, just as everything was booked. Overall, maybe bad luck. It's just a short distance ... and Tunisia will never see me again anyway.

Worst airline in the world. We booked Vienna Tunis over Easter. Our flight would be on Sunday at 19 clock. First, they told us that the flight is delayed by 3 hours. At 21:30 we were already at the gate where we have been told that the plane does not land today in Vienna. The next day they wanted to inform us about the next flight. Nobody called us on Monday. We then canceled the flight. The return flight from Tunis to Vienna a week later was allegedly also delayed by 8 hours. Never again Tunis Air !!!!!!!!!!!!
