Luxl loben❣❣❣ Wir waren in zwei Reisebüros davor & kamen uns wie "Sandler" vor weil wir was Unmögliches fordern, indem wir "nur" 1000 - 1500 p.P. für einen Urlaub ausgeben wollen. Bei Frau Luxl war das nicht der Fall!!! Im Gegenteil, ihre Beratung war außerordentlich gut & verständlich ;) Ich würde Fr. Luxl 10 Sterne geben & immer wieder zu ihr gehen um das richtige Urlaubsangebot zu finden! DANKE!!! I would like to praise a very great & committed employee Ms. Luxl here We were in two travel agencies before & felt like "Sandler" because we ask for the impossible, by "only" 1000 - 1500 p.P. want to spend for a holiday. That was not the case with Ms. Luxl !!! On the contrary, her advice was extremely good & understandable;) I would give Fr. Luxl 10 stars & always go back to her to find the right holiday offer! THANK YOU!!!
C	Christian Steinmetz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider weichen die Preise im Reisebüro von jenen auf der TUI-Webseite ab (in meinem Fall knapp € 100 mehr pro Flug, den Grund dafür konnte mir die Mitarbeiterin nicht verständlich erklären). Wartezeiten bis zur Buchung sind überdurchschnittlich lange, die TUI-Software benötigt scheinbar um ein vielfaches mehr an Zeit um die Daten zu verarbeiten im Vergleich zu einer herkömmlichen Internet-Buchung. Ich habe aufgurnd eines Gutscheins trotzdem vor Ort gebucht - war aber mit Sicherheit die letzte Buchung im Reisebüro. Positiv kann ich lediglich über die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterin berichten, Sie hat sich immer wieder bzgl. der langen Wartezeiten entschuldigt. Unfortunately, the prices in the travel agency differ from those on the TUI website (in my case just under € 100 more per flight, the employee couldn't explain the reason for this in an understandable way). Waiting times until booking are above average, the TUI software apparently needs a lot more time to process the data compared to a conventional Internet booking. I still booked on the spot with a voucher - but it was definitely the last booking in the travel agency. I can only report positively about the friendliness of the employee, she repeatedly apologized for the long waiting times.

C	Claudia Ehrenreich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flugpreis in Ordnung, leider wurde ich nicht darüber informiert das der Reisepass 6 Monate gültig sein muss, er war nur mehr 2 Monate gültig und ich hätte mir vom Reisebüro diese Information erwartet. zum Glück habe ich selber nachgelesen, bin aber der Meinung das dies den Unterschied zur Online Buchung ausmachen sollte. The fare was okay, unfortunately I was not informed that the passport had to be valid for 6 months, it was only valid for 2 months and I would have expected this information from the travel agency. luckily I read it myself, but I think this should make the difference to online booking.

Die Dame war sehr geduldig und. freundlich Although I had booked with the competition (I couldn't reach my travel agency by phone so I went straight to the double room) the travel agency helped me fill out the travel form. I'll book there for the next vacation. The lady was very patient and. friendly

Und viele Tipps für die Planung und Organisation gab es auch noch dazu. Wir sind sehr glücklich und freuen uns auf unseren ersten gemeinsamen Urlaub am mehr als Familie mit Baby und Kleinkind. Excellent! My travel consultant went to a lot of trouble to find the right one for us as an inexperienced travel family. And there were also lots of tips for planning and organizing. We are very happy and look forward to our first holiday together as a family with babies and toddlers.
