A	Aurelia Markes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur WoW Ich war am 19.3 mit meiner Freundin in dieser Filiale und eine so verdammt nette Verkäuferin (Kathi) hat uns wie ein Stück Gold behandelt Es war für mich so ein tolles Erlebnis ich war am Anfang unsicher ob ich etwas finden würde in meiner Größe aber die liebe Kathi hat gesagt sie kümmert sich um mich und das tat sie ich wurde noch nie so nette und ausführlich beraten ich wurde sogar abgemessen das hab ich auch noch nie erlebt Meine Freundin wollte eigentlich nur mit mir mit gehn aber sie wurde dann so von der Beratung mit überzeugt das sie sich auch gleich beraten hat lassen Wir hatten so viel Spaß in dieser Kabine Vielen lieben danke an Kathi du hast unseren Tag perfekt gemacht Just wow I was in this branch with my girlfriend on March 19th and a so damn nice saleswoman (Kathi) treated us like a piece of gold It was such a great experience for me, I was unsure at first whether I would find something in my size, but dear Kathi said she would take care of me and she did. I had never received such nice and detailed advice, I was even measured I've never experienced either My girlfriend actually just wanted to go with me, but she was so convinced of the advice that she asked for advice right away We had so much fun in this cabin Many thanks to Kathi you made our day perfect

Wurde meinen ganzen Aufenthalt über ignoriert. 2G proof not checked, employees gossip while you are standing at the cash register with your belongings. Was ignored throughout my stay.

R	Rafaela Stadler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave the money (35 euros)to order a bra on my size in that store, and one day later I got an email that they wouldn’t deliver it to me because they don’t have it anymore. I returned to the store, tried to get my money back in cash,as I’ve paid and they said I have to get it from the internet. I did the procedure and they never sent me any money back and instead gave me a phone number from Germany which doesn’t work. Now they don’t get my phone calls and I have zero return. It’s already almost two months. It’s unfair that I have to waste one/two hours of my life going back to the store now.
I	Iulia G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall nice selection of products in this subsidiary, I have purchased products from this brand before and my expectations were almost always fulfilled. The 4 stars are for the wonderful customer service / advice I got here - I entered the store about 30 min. before close and I was pleasantly surprised by the competence and friendliness I was welcomed with. The lady took time to search for my size and help me with my selection despite being busy with tidying up. This is my second time in a Hunkemöller subsidiary where I was treated like this (the first one being in Innsbruck, Sillpark) - I felt apprecciated as customer and will definetly come back as a result. 1 star less because this is not true of every employee: both in this and in other subsidiaries I have encountered below average customer treatment before - so the experience was entirely different; and unfortunately it really depends whom you have the "luck" of meeting when you go.
