G	Gernot PRUGGER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die schlechteste Betreuung von Kunden die ich je erlebt habe, da wird man einfach umgebucht nach einem Telefonat, bekommt keine Unterlagen zugesendet, haben erst von dem Veranstalter erfahren das wir umgebucht wurden. Es wird versprochen man könnte ende 2020 stornieren was man getan hat aber vom Reisebüro nicht gemacht wurde und man muss nun auch noch für die Stornierung auch noch zahlen. Ich werde TUI sicher nicht weiter Empfehlen!!!! The worst customer care I have ever experienced, because you are simply rebooked after a phone call, no documents are sent, only found out from the organizer that we had been rebooked. It is promised that at the end of 2020 you could cancel what you did but the travel agency didn't do it and you now have to pay for the cancellation. I will definitely not recommend TUI to anyone !!!!

E- Mails werden wenn überhaupt erst Tage später beantwortet, am Telefon wird man abgewürgt weil Kunden da sind ( bin ich kein Kunde??) und auf den Rückruf wartet man vergebens. Nie wieder! Otherwise always booked in Steinach (where everything always worked out) and were now referred to this travel agency. E-mails are not answered until days later, if at all, you get stuck on the phone because there are customers (am I not a customer?) And you wait in vain for the callback. Never again!

We have been booking flights through TUI in DEZ for years and are very satisfied with the particularly nice and personal advice, the good prices (often cheaper than checkfelix etc.) and the professional handling.

Wurden keineswegs ernst genommen. Nach 2 Wochen immer noch keine Rückmeldung - dieses Reisebüro wird nichts mehr von uns hören! If I could I would give 0 STARS!!!!! Received no suggestions, comments were carelessly written on a torn piece of paper. Were not taken seriously at all. After 2 weeks still no reply - this travel agency will not hear from us again!

Sie hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und ist auf all unseren Wünschen eingegangen. Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl das jemand uns „was verkaufen“ möchte und bekamen sehr viele passende Angebote. Das Hotel war genau so wie es uns beschrieben worden ist. Wir sind begeistert vom Service und von der Professionaltät. Wirklich top We booked our family vacation there twice. We were very satisfied. The lady who advised us was very personable and very competent. She took a lot of time for us and responded to all of our requests. We didn't have the feeling that anyone wanted to "sell us anything" and received a lot of suitable offers. The hotel was exactly as it was described to us. We are enthusiastic about the service and the professionalism. Really great

The hotel is very clean, the food is very tasty, there were very enjoyable games for children, the beach is right next to the beach and the beach is great for children because it gets deep after a long walk, the hotel workers are very friendly and they chose extreme help. their rooms are a bit old and not as it looks in the pictures, but Raman still provides a service worth going to, me and my son came back very happy and rested.
