Reply: regards your question why not 5stars, there are 2 issues :
1- air conditioning in the room is missing , it was so hot in the room afternoon and evening
2- parking in the garage:you are not able guarantee reserved parking lot, happens couple of times during stay
Otherwise as I mentioned services and personnel are really good. There is alway space to improve. Anyway thanks for the time I've spent there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tui Blue is the perfect location for a ski trip in Schladming. It is situated right across from the lift and you can ski straight off the slopes and leave your gear in the ski lockers and jump in the lift to your room. The sauna steam room and chill out area were my favourite part of the hotel. Well worth a visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location right at the foot of the Planai. Very friendly and good value. Excellent breakfast buffet and contemporary styled rooms. Perfect for a ski oriented group, close to good local restaurants. Great ski area ... thoroughly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotel i have ever stayed.Cost was perfect for middle class family.Welcoming guest was great.Free summer card in the hotel for min. 2 days stay. Near to Planai cable car .Rooms are very clean.Welcoming breakfast with varieties of egg made dishes.Dinner is served little but they don't hesitate give more.All together i love this hotel.Next time i will definitely book the same if price doesn't go much higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is outstanding in itself, literally 50m from the main bubble to the slopes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the shower a lovely wet room. The ski locker is on the floor below the restaurant with easy access to the street. Unfortunately for Schladming itself, it really misses one or two decent bars, so you find yourself in the Tui bar. And it's the bar and restaurant where this place excels. The food is ok, but for the package price with Crystal amazing - it's the staff though, they're truly superb from the moment we arrived to the night before we left as I pen this review. They are friendly morning and night, chatty, helpful and funny and I can honestly say I've not found a warmer welcome anywhere we've ski'd. The beer (Schladming Brau) is available everywhere but actually pretty good. Tui don't have the Zirbenschnapps but apricot is quite fine... Will come again
