★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here with family. A nice big hotel . Rooms was clean and bathroom too .
Just feel that like rooms was a little warm , because there was no air con. Breakfast was OK. But not a big selection of foods . Parking on backside off hotel. A nice city to walk around in in summertime .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely overpriced: poorly furnished very small rooms without any style, although breakfast and dinner is included, the food is incredibly badly prepared and thus we always ate dinner outside of the hotel. It is not possible to open the window on the top floor as it is automated and is blocked when it's raining/snowing. We could not use the radiator at night as it was very noisy due to some air that was inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, the rooms are a little small but tidy and lack nothing. The dining hall is quite large so even when the hotel is full, there is plenty of space to have dinner and the staff is very friendly. Also 200 meters walking distance to the Planai-gondola is great too.
Beware of the parking situation which is a bit complicated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable hotel and the customer service is very good. I give 3star cause i'm very upset about internet wifi. They should powerful the sistem. It's completely empty once you close the room door behind the shoulder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good central location. Top kitchen for this price ratio. Very well trained and helpful stuff in the bar and in the restaurant.
Not clear parking policy. Even if you book and pay (10€/day) mit doesn’t mean you will keep it... parking spot,numbers are marked at the floor, which doesn’t help you if there is snow outside... the CCTV in Ski Storage area doesn’t work (information from front desk), pizza in the daily bar run out after 2days... money/value 87%....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing… we’re really like Jufa hotels and visit at least 3-4 times a year. Very noisy, couldn’t sleep until 4:00!! because of drunk people shouting in the street, no air conditioning so can’t close the windows because it’s hot, part of the stuff very kind some are not… room for 5 persons big enough but one toilet and shower in the same space and not separately and old rooms… not like shown in the pictures of the hotel. Don’t recommend on this specific Jufa hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean hotel with excellent breakfast. Dinner had unfortunately only 1 vegetarian option - the saladbar was my alternative. I was disappointed about the 2 separate beds and expensive parking.
