★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the name, this is an alehouse which serves beer from other breweries, primarily products from the local Schladminger Brauerei- which are quite nice. Rather pricey menu. Waiter was verbally insulting when we chose to order beer without food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried a rumpsteak there and for me it was the best meal of our skiing vacation in Schladming. The next days i will dream about this taste experiences. The Restaurant has style but is also easy going and family friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to stay as a couple, very centrally located and easy to walk almost anywhere in the downtown area. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. (They speak English). The spa on the top floor is very relaxing and very well designed. The rooms themselves are very well done, modern and functioning. Get a room that has a view of the mountains, you will not regret it!
The breakfast is great very filling and tasty. Not just eggs and bacon they have breads and cold cuts and fruit very very good.
