M	Min Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war in der Millenium City um eine Städtereise zu buchen und man hat gleich gesehen wie viel Freude die Mitarbeiter an ihrem Job haben. Man kommt rein und wird erst einmal gar nicht angeschaut, die Mitarbeiter spielen mit ihren Handys und ein lächeln bekommt man sowieso nicht. (Ich bin ja eher ein lockerer Mensch und weiß wie es am Arbeitsplatz sein kann, aber wenn man mit Kunden arbeitet sollte man wenigstens so tun als würde es einen interessieren..) Dann habe ich mich hingesetzt die Dame schaut fad durch ihr System und nennt mir einen Preis - der war mir zu hoch was ich ihr auch freundlich sagte - daraufhin kommt die zweite Mitarbeiterin dazu und meinte "Das ist halt der Preis, welchen wir im System haben. Da kann man nichts machen. Wenn sie unbedingt spezielle Flugzeiten haben wollen (nicht am Abend) das ist das halt so. Fertig" Fazit: So unfreundlichen Menschen bin ich schon lange nicht mehr begegnet - nie wieder. I was in the Millenium City to book a city break and you immediately saw how much joy the employees have in their job. You get in and are not even looked at, the employees play with their cell phones and a smile you do not get anyway. (I'm more of a casual person and I know how it can be in the workplace, but if you work with clients you should at least pretend that it's interesting to you ..) Then I sat down and the lady looks bland through her system and calls me a price - which was too high for me what I also said friendly - then comes the second employee to and said "That's just the price, which we have in the system." You can not do anything if you absolutely want to have special flight times (not in the evening) that's just it. Conclusion: I have not met such unfriendly people for a long time - never again.

Sie wollte uns keine Vorschläge machen und wenn wir nicht schon alle Details unserer Reise wissen, dann können wir wieder nachhause gehen. Wofür ist dann ein Reisebüro da, wenn nicht zur Urlaubsberatung? Ich würde sagen, wenn man nicht mit Kunden umgehen kann sollte man nicht im Verkauf arbeiten, denn anscheinend wollte die Dame unsere Provision nicht haben. Nur weil wir Jugendliche sind, sind wir trotzdem ernstzunehmende Kunden! Sie hat uns erfolgreich vertrieben, wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht bei TUI unsere Reise Buchen! Two friends and I wanted to find out where we would like to go on vacation. The lady who 'advised us' was VERY rude! She didn't want to give us any suggestions and if we don't already know all the details of our trip, we can go back home. What is a travel agency for then, if not for holiday advice? I would say if you can't deal with customers you shouldn't be working in sales because apparently the lady didn't want our commission. Just because we are young people makes us serious customers! She successfully drove us away, we will definitely not book our trip with TUI!

M	Marcus Pfeifer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die vorigen Rezensionen gelesen und weiß zwar nicht, wie die anderen Damen in dem Reisebüro so sind, aber der eine Herr, der uns beraten hat, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben bei ihm unsere Flitterwochen gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Beratung. Er hat uns auch einige Tipps gegeben und meinte außerdem, dass es bei manchen Hotels sogar Honeymoon-Specials gibt. Wir haben dann zwar trotzdem ein Hotel gewählt, dass dies nicht anbietet, aber wir fanden es nett, dass er uns darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat und auf unsere Budgetvorstellungen eingegangen ist. Also wenn wir wieder eine Flugreise machen, buchen wir wahrscheinlich wieder hier. I read the previous reviews and I don't know what the other ladies in the travel agency are like, but the one gentleman who advised us was very friendly and courteous. We booked our honeymoon with him and were very happy with the advice. He also gave us some tips and also said that some hotels even have honeymoon specials. We still chose a hotel that didn't offer this, but we thought it was nice that he brought it to our attention and responded to our budget expectations. So if we go on a flight again, we will probably book here again.
