Ich meine so was von Ignoranz bekleidet mit eine gute Portion arroganz habe ich sehr aber sehr selten erlebt. I asked for "Mordillo Puzzle", the answer of the colleague: with a crooked mouth "I do not know something like that." I mean something of ignorance, with a good amount of arrogance I've experienced very but very rarely.

Obwohl man eh einige Produkte in der Hand hält um sie zu bezahlen. Good selection, but very obvious if the saleswoman pretends to finish something but makes sure that nothing is stolen! Although you have some products in your hand anyway to pay for them.

Auswahl ist auch eher spärlich aber das Geschäft ist halt auch entsprechend klein. The staff (at least the majority) doesn't seem really friendly. You'd think they're trying to avoid customer contact. The selection is also rather sparse but the business is also correspondingly small.

Large selection of games and friendly staff who (at least if there are few customers) are always ready to respond to special requests. I was very pleased.

Vorbestellungen werden ad hoc erledigt und sind meistens in den nächsten 24-48h in der Filiale vor Ort! Top Spielwarenladen in Wien!!!! I am really happy that there is now a Heinz branch in the Millennium Tower! Price / performance ratio just honest and the owners incredibly nice people! Pre-orders are done ad hoc and are usually in the branch in the next 24-48 hours! Top toy store in Vienna !!!!

Ich habe gestern etwas von Playmobil gesucht, einen Eishockey Spieler, der nicht mehr da war. Der Verkäufer brachte ihn am Abend von einer anderen Filiale, sodass ich ihn heute noch abholen konnte. So einen Kundenservice findet man selten. Mehr geht nicht! On the one hand, a wide range of products, on the other hand, very clearly sorted. Yesterday I was looking for something from Playmobil, an ice hockey player who was no longer there. The seller brought it from another store that evening so I could pick it up today. You rarely find such customer service. More is not possible!
