I	Ines Schiller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Habe mir im März/April ein gebrauchtes IPhone gekauft. Zunächst wurde mir versprochen, dass ein neuer Akku verbaut werde. Bis es soweit war ist viel Zeit verstrichen, und der eingebaute Akku hatte nicht, wie vereinbart einen Prozentanzeiger. Immer wieder hieß es, es gäbe zurzeit leider keinen Akku. Im Anschluss hat das Handy begonnen zu spinnen, hat selbstständig Anrufe getätigt, bis der Display eines Tages vollkommen versagt hat. Fazit: Nach dem Kauf des Handys war ein Besuch beim Rechtsanwalt unumgänglich. Ich habe mehrmals im Geschäft appelliert, dass ich all die Probleme nur lösen möchte, und keinen Rechtsstreit anzetteln will. Woraufhin mich der Inhaber vor seiner Kundschaft gedemütigt und ausgelacht hat. Dank der tatkräftigen Unterstützung meines Anwaltes konnte das Problem vorab gelöst werden. Ich frage mich bloß, für wie lange? Unfortunately not satisfactory. I bought a used iPhone in March / April. At first I was promised that a new battery would be installed. Anfangs hatte ich ein bisschen Sorgen wegen der Sofortüberweisung ohne die Geräte gesehen zu haben. Aber sie waren sehr bemüht, haben mir Fotos von den Original verpackten Handys geschickt und mir garantiert das alles dabei ist. 4 Tage später nach der Bestellung kamen die Handys an und es war alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Würde wieder ein Handy bei Plus mobile online kaufen. I was looking for a Samsung Galaxy S20 / +. I found it through Willhaben at Plus Mobile where price / performance was okay. At first I was a little worried about the Sofortüberweisung without seeing the devices. But they tried very hard, sent me photos of the original packaged cell phones and guaranteed that everything was there. 4 days later after placing the order, the phones arrived and everything was to my satisfaction. Would buy a cell phone again from Plus mobile online.
