Bei meinem letzten Werkstattbesuch wurde ich sehr enttäuscht, die vereinbarten und bezahlten Arbeiten wurden nicht bzw. nur sehr mangelhaft erledigt. Auch nach Beanstandung wurden die Arbeiten nicht fachgerecht durchgeführt. Schade, aber ich habe jetzt die Wekstatt gewechselt.... I have been a customer of this workshop for many years and have always been satisfied. On my last visit to the workshop, I was very disappointed, the agreed and paid work was not done or only very poorly done. Even after a complaint, the work was not carried out properly. It's a shame, but I've now changed my workshop ....

Habe den Wagen Montag um 6.30 Uhr Herrn Tretton hingestellt, am nächsten Tag um 14 Uhr war er fertig. Die Reparaturkosten sind um einiges günstiger wie bei einem großen Autohaus. Dort wollte man mir eine neue Stoßstange einbauen, einen Leihwagen anbieten, denn es könnte eine Woche dauern, von den Kosten gar nicht zu reden. Ich kann diesen Betrieb nur weiterempfehlen. Herr Tretton erklärt beim Erstgespraech alles genau und auch der vorkalkulierte Preis ist fast auf den Euro genau der tatsächliche Preis. Es wurde eine Piecha Stoßstange verbaut, das Fahrzeug dadurch auch verlängert und lackiert Preis Leistung war ausgezeichnet. Der Chef persönlich hat sich meinem Tuningfahrzeug angenommen und alles perfekt erledigt. Jederzeit wieder! I am very sensitive to my vehicle and was more than satisfied with the work of Tretton! Ich wurde zwecks aktueller Situation nie kontaktiert, sondern musste selber wöchentlich nachfragen. Die extrem lange Wartezeit lag daran, dass die Kommunikation mit dem Ersatzteillieferant einfach nicht gemacht wurde. Ein organisatorisches Chaos. Am Ende war der Preis unverschämt hoch. Ich werde diese Werkstatt nicht mehr besuchen, sondern zu Motorrad spezialisierten Betrieben gehen. My scooter was in the workshop for 9 weeks to repair the starter. I was never contacted about the current situation, but had to ask weekly myself. The extremely long waiting time was due to the fact that communication with the spare parts supplier was simply not possible. Organizational chaos. In the end, the price was outrageously high. I will no longer visit this workshop, but will go to specialist motorcycle workshops.

Sie fragte ob ich auf das Auto warten möchte oder ob ich wieder komme. Gut dass ich nicht gewartet habe, denn dies hat knapp drei Wochen gedauert! Es musste ein Reifen gewechselt werden, Lampen wurden ausgetauscht und etwas wurde geschweißt, also nicht die Welt! Erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen hat mir der Chef gesagt (dies dauerte ebenfalls eine Woche) wieviel die Reparaturen kosten! Ich habe dort sicher mehr als 10 mal angerufen, von der Werkstatt kam ein einziger Rückruf. Hätte ich den Chef nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass mein Pickerl abgelaufen ist, wäre mein Auto weiterhin auf der Straße gestanden. Als ich nach knapp drei Wochen endlich mein Auto bekommen habe, durfte ich trotzdem den vollen Preis zahlen, keine Entschuldigung keine Entschädigung, nichts! Außer ein: bei uns wartet man immer so zwei Wochen, kam vom Chef nichts!! Ich werden meine kleine Geschichte über die Werkstatt auf jeden Fall weiter erzählen und diese NICHT weiterempfehlen!! It is an absolute cheek! Just excuses and nothing behind them!

I found the service - repair after front damage - top, paintwork 1A, fair price and the duration of the repair was appropriate for the work, and a rental car was made available; in any case, very recommendable.
