U	Umut Polat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das erste mal fürs Pickerl dort in der Werkstatt gewesen und nie wieder !!!!! Da der Prüfer keine Fehler finden konnte, hat er die hinteren Bremsbeläge bemängelt. Und natürlich wurde mir gleich Angeboten die dort wechseln zu lassen (Nein danke). Kurz darauf wurden die Klötze von meinem Mechaniker gewechselt und es ist ihm aufgefallen das die alten Klötze noch nicht mal an der Verschleißgrenze waren (locker noch 4mm). Und als ich das bei der Nachkontrolle in der Werkstatt angesprochen habe bei den Werkstatt Leitern, haben die zu ihrem Kollegen gehalten, ausreden parat gehabt ?? und wollten nicht einmal die alten Beläge, die ich auch extra dabei hatte, sehen ! The first time for the sticker was there in the workshop and never again !!!!! Since the examiner could not find any errors, he criticized the rear brake pads. And of course I was immediately offered to change them there (no thanks). Shortly afterwards the blocks were changed by my mechanic and he noticed that the old blocks were not even at the wear limit (still 4mm). And when I mentioned this to the workshop managers during the follow-up check in the workshop, they stood by their colleague, had excuses par and did not even want to see the old pads that I also had with me!
I	Ines K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Terminvereinbarung (persönlich im Shop) habe ich bereits gesagt was alles gemacht werden soll (Ölwechsel, Reifen hat eine Schraube drin, Scheibenwaschanlage nicht funktionsfähig). Termin war um 16:00 fixiert ich war bereits um 15:40 schon da. Alle Mitarbeiter sind zusammen gestanden und haben Pause gemacht (kein Problem). Auto wurde dann schnell geholt und auf die Hebebühne gefahren. Der Ölwechsel wurde zu meiner Zufriedenheit erledigt. Der nächste Punkt war das mein Reifen geflickt werden musste da ich eine Schraube drin hatte. Der Mechaniker hatte null Motivation und sagte mir er kann die Schraube weiterreinschrauben, dass ich nicht zuviel Luft verliere. Nach mehrmaligen Bitten hat er dann den Reifen gnadenhalber doch geflickt. Er habe heute nicht soviel Zeit - was für eine Aussage :-( Wie gesagt war meine Scheibenwaschanlage leider auch nicht funktionstüchtig. Der Mechaniker hat die Sicherungen überprüft und nach Rücksprache mit seinem Werkstattmeister (leider in einer Sprache der ich nicht mächtig bin) sagte er das die Sicherungen in Ordnung sind. Auf die Nachfrage ob der Motor der Scheibenwaschanlage defekt sei, kam die Antwort "vielleicht". Der Werkstattmeister hat dann versucht rauszufinden was ein neuer Motor kostet. Hat er angeblich nicht gefunden. Aber es könnte so 150,00 EUR kosten plus Arbeitszeit da er den kompletten Motor auseinander nehmen muss. Am Abend nach diesem Termin hat mein Lebensgefährte sich die Sicherungen angeschaut und siehe da die Sicherung für sie Scheibenwaschanlage war durchgebrannt. Also bei der Tankstelle Sicherungen gekauft (3,79 EUR) - Sicherung gleich ausgetauscht und schon funktioniert die Scheibenwaschanlage wieder. Als Frau wurde ich dort wie ein Schulmädchen behandelt. Nie wieder A.T. U. - einfach nur eine Abzocke! Eigentlich will ich gar keinen Stern geben.....aber ohne Stern kann man die Rezession nicht posten When I made an appointment (in person in the shop) I already said what should be done (oil change, tire has a screw in it, windshield washer not functional). The appointment was fixed at 4:00 p.m. I was already there at 3:40 p.m. All employees stood together and took a break (no problem). The car was then quickly fetched and driven onto the lifting platform. The oil change was done to my satisfaction. The next point was that my tire had to be patched because I had a screw in it. The mechanic had no motivation and told me he can screw the screw in further so that I don't lose too much air. After repeated requests, he mended the tire for mercy. He doesn't have that much time today - what a statement :-( As I said, my windscreen washer was unfortunately not working either. The mechanic has checked the fuses and after consulting his workshop foreman (unfortunately in a language that I do not speak) he said that the fuses are OK. When asked whether the windshield washer motor was defective, the answer "maybe" came. The workshop foreman then tried to find out what a new engine would cost. He supposedly didn't find it. But it could cost 150.00 EUR plus labor because he has to take the entire engine apart. The evening after this appointment, my partner looked at the fuses and lo and behold, the fuse for her windscreen washer system had blown. So bought fuses at the petrol station (EUR 3.79) - exchanged the fuse right away and the windscreen washer system works again. As a woman, I was treated like a school girl there. Never again A.T. U. - just a rip off! Actually, I don't want to give a star at all ..... but you can't post the recession without a star
