â â â â â 2 RĂ€der zum Service bzw. Reparatur gebracht. Rad wird gleich begutachtet. Sehr gutes und kompetentes Personal. Sehr freundlich. Da hat man das GefĂŒhl gut aufgehoben zu sein.
 2 bikes brought for service or repair. Bike will be assessed immediately. Very good and competent staff. Very friendly. You have the feeling that you are in good hands.

â â â â â Man soll ja vorallem jetzt in der Pandemie versuchen die einheimischen HĂ€ndler so gut es geht zu unterstĂŒtzen. Der Versuch ging bei mir jetzt leider nach hinten los. FĂŒr das Farradservice meiner Kinder habe ich mich gegen einen groĂen Konzern und fĂŒr einen kleinen FahrradhĂ€ndler entschieden, in dem Bewusstsein das es mit Sicherheit nicht so gĂŒnstig sein wird.
Habe die beiden KinderfahrrĂ€der hin gebracht. Nach ganz kurzer Begutachtung wurde gesagt ich bekomme eine SMS sobald ich die RĂ€der holen kann. 2 Tage spĂ€ter bekomme ich eine SMS. Die RĂ€der sind fertig. Kosten 150 âŹ.
Beim Abholen habe ich den VerkĂ€ufer auf den Preis angesprochen. Mehrere Kleinigkeiten wurden aufgezĂ€hlt. Insgesamt Arbeitszeit 1,25 Std. Da es sich aber um 2 RĂ€der handelt wird die doppelte Arbeitszeit verrechnet. Ich wurde weder ĂŒber den Preis informiert noch wurde ich gefragt ob ich soviel fĂŒr eine KinderrĂ€derreperatur zahlen möchte. Die Leistung scheint in Ordnung zu sein, wobei die Bremse bei dem einen Rad bereits raus gesprungen ist. Kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen
Especially now in the pandemic one should try to support the local traders as much as possible. Unfortunately, the attempt backfired with me now. For my children's bicycle service, I decided against a large company and a small bicycle dealer, knowing that it would definitely not be that cheap.
I brought the two children's bikes there. After a very short assessment, they said I would get a text message as soon as I could get the bikes. 2 days later I get a text message. The wheels are ready. Costs 150 âŹ.
When I picked it up, I asked the seller about the price. Several little things were listed. Total working time 1.25 hours. Since there are 2 bikes, double the working time will be charged. I was not informed about the price, nor was I asked if I would like to pay that much for a children's bike repair. The performance seems to be okay, although the brake has already jumped out on one wheel. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it to anyone
