Firma Manhardt hebt sich von betrügerischen Praktiken von anderen Werkstätten, wie erst gestern in einer Doku gesehen, deutlich ab. Bei Manhardt wird die Rechnung bei der Bezahlung im Detail nochmals von der Chefin genau besprochen und erklärt. Unser langjähriger und ausgezeichneter Mechaniker, Herr Ernst M. zeigte uns auch die Teile, die im Zuge der Reparatur ersetzt wurden. Der Pickerlbefund wird auch nochmals genau besprochen. Trotz der Ankündigung, dass das Personal durch Grippe dezimiert ist und es eventuell länger dauern könnte, war alles in 24 Stunden fertig zur Abholung. Im Vorfeld wurde ein Kostenvoranschlag gemacht, der genau eingehalten wurde. Im Vorjahr war es so, dass der Kostenvoranschlag unvorhersehbar zu niedrig angesetzt war, da wird man extra angerufen und genau erläutert warum, bevor mit der Arbeit begonnen wird. Ich kann diese Firma nur wärmstens empfehlen. Bin jetzt seit einigen Jahren dort, und es gab noch nie einen Grund zu einer Beschwerde. Solche Werkstätten sind heute leider eine Seltenheit. Despite the announcement that the staff has been decimated by the flu and that it may take longer, everything was ready for collection in 24 hours. A cost estimate was made in advance, which was strictly adhered to. In the previous year, the cost estimate was set unpredictably too low, so you get a special call and explain exactly why before you start work. I highly recommend this company. Have been there for a few years now and have never had a reason to complain. Such workshops are unfortunately a rarity today.
