★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte bei Trespas im Outlet Salzburg ein sehr unangenehmes Einkaufserlebnis. Musste mich an der Kasse beim Bezahlen vom Verkäufer blöd anreden lassen, weil ich angeblich was von den Ständern runtergeworfen und nicht mehr aufgehoben habe. Ich hatte davon nichts mitbekommen und kann nicht sagen, ob das nun mein Versehen oder das eines anderen Kunden war. Ich kann verstehen, dass das Verkaufsteam genervt ist, wenn Sachen auf dem Boden landen, aber es ist absolut unprofessionell, seine Wut mal schnell an einer Kundin auszulassen. Schade, ich mag die Sachen von Trespass und die Beratung war bisher auch sehr gut, aber da mag ich nicht mehr hingehen :-(
 I had a very unpleasant shopping experience at Trespas in Outlet Salzburg. At the cashier I had to be stupidly addressed by the seller when paying, because I allegedly threw something down from the stands and did not pick it up. I did not hear anything about it and can not say if that was my mistake or that of another customer. I can understand that the sales team is annoyed when things land on the floor, but it's totally unprofessional to let his anger out quickly to a female customer. Too bad, I like the stuff of Trespass and the advice was so far very good, but I do not want to go there anymore :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Geschäft, die Waren sind sehr stark reduziert und man hat trotzdem eine echt gute Auswahl und nette Verkäufer.
Ich habe eine Jacke gekauft, die von über 200 Euro auf in etwa 50 Euro runter gesetzt war, also echt mega! Der trespass in Outlet ist also immer einen Besuch wert!

Great deal, the goods are very much reduced and you still have a really good selection and nice salespeople.
I bought a jacket that was down from over 200 euros to around 50 euros, so really mega! The trespass in Outlet is always worth a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Angebote, spitzen Qualität, nur leider sind die Mitarbeiterinnen ziemlich arogant. Der Herr ist sehr engagiert, nett und kompetent bei der Beratung. Trotz dem Angebot "-30% vom letzten ROTEN Preis" und der Antwort auf meine Frage:" Ja, es gilt für alles", hat die andere Kassendame gemeint, dass es nicht für alles gilt.Die Antwort war:" Dieser Teil ist schon stark reduziert!" Als ich mich beschwert habe, dass mir bereits vor 5' anders gesagt wurde, hat die junge Dame ihre Augen aufgerollt!!!! Leider, leider, leider.
Great offers, top quality, but unfortunately the staff are quite arogant. The Lord is very dedicated, nice and competent in the advice. Despite the offer "-30% of the last RED price" and the answer to my question: "Yes, it applies to everything," the other cashier has meant that it does not apply to everything. The answer was: "This part is already greatly reduced!" When I complained that I had been told differently before 5 ', the young lady opened her eyes !!!! Unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately.
