t	thomas “Tom96” h on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ würde auch gerne mit der Filiale direkt telefonieren können. steht ja eine Salzburger Nummer und dann landet man im Callcenter. hätte auch gerne gewusst ob ein von mir benötigtes Produkt in der Filiale vorrätig ist. man gab mir den Tip (nachdem anscheinend nicht vorrätig) das Produkt zu kennzeichnen um dann bei Verfügbarkeit eine Nachricht zu bekommen - diese Tool konnte ich auf der Website allerdings nicht finden..... Vorgeschichte: ich hatte online schon bestellt - doch nach 3 Wochen Wartezeit hab ich beschlossen vom Kauf zurückzutreten und mir das Ding in der Filiale zu besorgen. in diesen 3 Wochen wurde meine Anfragen über Zeitpunkt der Lieferung noch über die Bestätigung des Rücktritts keine Antwort gemailt.Die Hotline meinte ... verstehe ich nicht - müsste raus sein... er werde sich drum kümmern. Gutschrift bis dato auch nicht erhalten. mal sehen wie lange das dauert. Zur Richtigstellung: das betrifft nicht die Filiale in Salzburg!! I would also like to be able to call the branch directly. there is a Salzburg number and then you end up in the call center. I would also like to know whether a product I need is in stock in the branch. I was given the tip (after apparently not in stock) to label the product and then get a message when it is available - but I couldn't find this tool on the website..... History: I had already ordered online - but after 3 After waiting weeks, I decided to withdraw from the purchase and get the thing in the branch. In these 3 weeks, my inquiries about the time of delivery or the confirmation of the withdrawal were not answered. The hotline said ... I don't understand - should be out ... he will take care of it. Credit not received to date. let's see how long that takes. To correct: this does not apply to the branch in Salzburg!!
