★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen Stern muss ich leider auswählen, normalerweise gibt es keinen. Die Israel und Jordanien Rundreise war ein voller Reinfall, aber die darauffolgende Beschwerde inkl. Sachverhaltschilderung wurde seit über 5 Wochen noch nicht bearbeitet. Es kam bis jetzt nicht mal die Info, dass es Verzögerungen bei der Bearbeitung gibt. Kundenservice ist ganz miserabel. Nie wieder wird eine Reise über dieses Reisebüro gebucht.
 Unfortunately I have to choose a star, normally there is none. The Israel and Jordan tour was a complete letdown, but the subsequent complaint, including factual description, had not been processed for over 5 weeks. So far there has not even been information that there are delays in processing. Customer service is very bad. Never again will a trip be booked through this travel agency.
