Besser geht es nicht, Fahrradurlaub gerettet! 1.000 Dank! ? Wer ein XTR oder XX1 Schaltwerk -hebel, Kranz benötigt wird hier fündig. Sehr gut sortierter Laden. => Da wird einem geholfen <= With a spoke break (nail spoke DT Swiss wheel) on Saturday morning and an hour later the problem was solved! It couldn't be better, a bike holiday saved! 1,000 thanks! ? If you need an XTR or XX1 rear derailleur lever, rim you will find it here. Very well stocked shop. => One is helped there <=

E	Emil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schnell, schlampig und unprofessionell!!! Die Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf die Reparatur/ Wartung! Habe mein Fahrrad Marke Trek (Fully) In euren Shop gebracht mit der Anweisung: Bremsen Kontrollieren + 1 scheibe austauschen da sie stark zerkratzt war. Als ich das Fahrrad abgeholt habe, habe ich gefragt wo das Problem lag, das diese Scheibe so stark zerkratzt war. Darauf konnten sie mir dann keine genaue Auskunft geben nur das sie einfach die Scheibe getauscht haben die zu wechseln war. Daraufhin habe ich das Fahrrad selbst probegefahren da ich mich vergewissern wollte, dass das Fahrrad zu 100% funktioniert, weil ich bringe mein Bike nicht zu einem Fachmann um es dann zwar mit ausgetauschten Teilen aber mit dem selben bestehenden Problem wieder mitzunehmen. Nach der Probe habe ich festgestellt das die hintere Bremse immer noch nicht funktioniert und ein lautes metallisches Quietschen von sich gibt. Das Fachpersonal dieses Geschäftes wollte mir einfach das immer noch kaputte Fahrrad aber mit ausgetauschten Teilen zurück geben. Ich habe dann nachgefragt ob es die Bremsbacken sein könnten, da diese nicht sichbar waren. Freundlicherweise haben sie mir dann obwohl es schon 18 uhr war die alten, noch zu 80% erhaltenen Bremsbacken ausgetauscht. Somit musste ich weitere 48 Euro bezahlen und das Problem ist immer noch nicht gelöst! Ich habe noch nie so zornig und zugleich endtäuscht ein Fachgeschäft verlassen! Auf zu der nächtsten Fahrradwerkstatt die sich hoffentlich für jeden Kunden Zeit nimmt! Ps. Ich hoffe euch ist im klaren das ihr versucht habt ein Fahrrad und somit ein Fahrzeug mit beschädigter Bremse (und das obwohl man es gesagt hatte das da was nicht stimmt) versucht habt, einem Kunden zurück zu geben. Was wäre denn gewesen wenn ich es bergabwärts auf einer Downhilltour erst bemerkt hätte? Bin einfach sprachlos!!! Fast, sloppy and unprofessional !!! The evaluation only refers to the repair / maintenance! I brought my Trek (Fully) bike to your shop with the instruction: Check the brakes + replace 1 disc because it was badly scratched. When I picked up the bike, I asked what the problem was that this window was so badly scratched. Then they couldn't give me any exact information, only that they simply exchanged the pane that was to be changed. Then I test-ridden the bike myself because I wanted to make sure that the bike worked 100%, because I don't take my bike to a specialist and then take it back with replaced parts but with the same existing problem. After the test I noticed that the rear brake still didn't work and gave a loud metallic squeak. The specialist staff of this shop just wanted to give me the still broken bike but with replaced parts. I then asked if it could be the brake shoes, as they were not visible. They kindly exchanged my old brake shoes, 80% of which were still preserved, even though it was already 6 p.m. So I had to pay another 48 euros and the problem is still not solved! I have never left a specialty shop so angry and at the same time so disappointed! Off to the next bicycle workshop that will hopefully take time for every customer! Ps. I hope you are aware that you have tried a bike and thus a vehicle with a damaged brake (and that although it was said that there was something wrong) tried to give it back to a customer. What if I had only noticed it going downhill on a downhill tour? I am just speechless!

Bin öfters in der Werkstatt Kunde, wenn nur gewisse Dinge reperiert werden sollen, werden auch nur diese gemacht. Es wird nichts verstellt oder deren gleichen. Einfach TOP! Whatever problem I had, they had a solution. I am often a customer in the workshop, if only certain things are to be repaired, only these are done. Nothing is changed or the same. Simply TOP!
