t	thomas fleischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat man sich beim Beratungsgespräch und Kauf noch ins Zeug gelegt, so war (nachdem man unser Geld hatte) beim Abholen des Rades von Service nicht mehr viel zu spüren. Wir haben ein Woom 4 gekauft, was mit 450,- doch immerhin eine kleine Investition ist. So hätte ich mir zumindest gewünscht, dass meiner 5 jährigen Tochter das Rad eingestellt wird, Sattel, Lenker, Bremshebel.... und die Gangschaltung zumindest kurz erklärt wird. Wohl bemerkt war kein weiterer Kunde im Geschäft, an Stress kann es also eher nicht gelegen haben. Bei einem 150,- Rad ausm Discounter sag ich nichts, wenn ich daheim selber Lenker, Bremsen, Sattel einstellen muss, aber bei einem Rad das 3 mal soviel kostet.... Die Woom bikes sind super, ganz klar. Aber das nächste wird dann wohl eher woanders gekauft. Schade. If you worked hard during the consultation and the purchase, after you had our money, you couldn't feel much when you picked up the bike from Service. We bought a Woom 4, which at 450.00 is a small investment. So I would have at least wished that my 5 year old daughter would have the bike adjusted, saddle, handlebars, brake levers ... and at least a brief explanation of the gear shift. Well noticed, there was no other customer in the store, so it couldn't have been the stress. With a 150, - bike from the discounter, I don't say anything if I have to adjust the handlebars, brakes and saddle myself at home, but with a bike that costs 3 times as much ... The Woom bikes are great, of course. But the next one is more likely to be bought elsewhere. Too bad.

Der Angestellte hatte mich sofort bedient u den anderen Kunden dafür länger Zeit zur Entscheidung gelassen, welches Bike ausgeborgt werden soll. Had a flat tire. Valve was broken. The employee served me immediately and gave the other customers a longer time to decide which bike to borrow.

Das Personal war auch sehr nett und kompetent. Hello. My e-bike had a flat tire and the engine dropped out. The repair was done very quickly and at a reasonable price. The staff was also very nice and competent.

Definitely go there when in town...

Not a pleasant experience when you want to push but fortunately i passed by the shop and decided to hop in...perhaps they could help. It is a part which is usually not in stock but Franz immediately found a solution to fix it. Really appreciated the support and the professionalism. A great place, with great service and gear inside.
