Wir wollten unseren Sohn nicht ohne Kurs auf die Freeride-Trails in der Umgebung loslassen und haben trotz sehr spontaner Anfrage noch einen Anfängerkurs inkl. Bike bei Bike Nature bekommen. Super Service und Einweisung, Kind zufrieden und Eltern beruhigt :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten heute morgen mit meiner Partnerin einen Trail Grundkurs bei Max. War echt Klasse - Danke. Sind vor dem Kurs im Juni den Harschbichel Trail gefahren, und heute direkt nach dem Kurs. Mit dem heute Erlernten hat der Trail deutlich mehr Spaß gemacht.
Had a basic trail course with Max this morning with my partner. It was really great - thanks. Rode the Harschbichel Trail before the course in June, and today directly after the course. With what I learned today, the trail was a lot more fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab heute die Trail Basics bei Bike Nature gemacht mit einem geliehenen Fully. Der Kurs war grosse Klasse - Andi hat alles leicht verständlich und humorvoll erklärt und vorgemacht und jedem persönliches Feedback gegeben beim Üben. Am Ende der Trainingssession waren wir noch im angrenzenden Skillpark und haben das Gelernte praktisch anwenden können und coole Photos geschossen. Die Stimmung war die ganzen 2,5 Stunden über super und ich fühl mich jetzt viel sicherer auf dem Bike. Und der Preis war auch total fair... Ich kann Andi und das Team von Bike Nature uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Today I did the trail basics at Bike Nature with a borrowed fully. The course was great - Andi explained and demonstrated everything in an easily understandable and humorous way and gave everyone personal feedback while practicing. At the end of the training session we were still in the adjacent skill park and were able to apply what we had learned in practice and took cool photos. The mood was great for the whole 2.5 hours and I feel much safer on the bike now. And the price was also totally fair ... I can fully recommend Andi and the Bike Nature team.

Dieser wurde schnell und professionell repariert. Der Kontakt war nett, der Preis war iO. Jetzt kann der Urlaub weiter gehen.

Ich hatte im Urlaub Probleme mit meinem Bike und bin dort zweimal, einwandfrei und sehr freundlich, von Max bedient worden. Beim zweiten mal war der Werkstattmeister bereit, das Rad selbst ohne Termin direkt anzunehmen und es, trotz nicht sehr guter Prognose, zu prüfen und den Fehler zu diagnostizieren. Wäre es irreparabel gewesen, hätte ich noch genug Zeit gehabt, eine wenige Tage später stattfindende Veranstaltung abzusagen und mir Hotelkosten etc. zu sparen. Um so größer die Freude, das es nur wenige Stunden später repariert wieder abgeholt werden konnte ! Und das noch zu einem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, das nichts mit Touri Abzocke usw. zu tun hat. Einwandfrei. TOP. Danach noch das Städtchen ausgiebig angesehen und festgestellt, das wir beim nächsten Besuch in der Region unsere Zelte hier aufschlagen werden. Als Mountainbiker und Vielfahrer in toller Natur, schöner Stadt und einem Klasse Bike Laden. Was will man mehr ? 5 Sterne.
Absolute recommendation !!
I had problems with my bike while on vacation and was served by Max twice, flawlessly and very friendly. The second time, the workshop foreman was ready to accept the bike himself without an appointment and, despite the poor prognosis, to check it and diagnose the fault. Had it been irreparable, I would have had enough time to cancel an event that was taking place a few days later and save hotel costs, etc. The greater the joy that it was repaired and picked up again just a few hours later! And that at a price / performance ratio that has nothing to do with tourist rip-offs, etc. Perfect. TOP. Then we looked at the town extensively and realized that we will pitch our tents here on our next visit to the region. As a mountain biker and frequent cyclist in great nature, a beautiful city and a great bike shop. What more do you want ? 5 Stars.
