★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: hab angerufen (so wie man mich gebeten hat) und es wurde mir gesagt, dass sich jemand meldet und sich um mein Problem kummert. Tja KEINER hat sich mehr gemeldet und ich habe mir umsonst die Zeit genommen mich zu melden?
Man sollte vielleicht die Preise richtig anordnen bzw. Die Preis Aktionen den Mitarbeitern mitteilen ! Wollt grad 4 Sachen kaufen, hab bezahlt und dann viel mir auf, dass der Preis weitaus höher is, als des was ausgeschrieben is! Auf den Schildern stand, dass es auf 5€ runter gesetzt is aber bezahlt hab ich 13€!
Wollte dann des Geld retour aber man konnte mir nur ne GUTSCHRIFT ausstellen! Ja toll was soll ich etz mit einer Gutschrift?! So selten wie ich da was kauf bringt Mir die GS genau 0! Wahnsinn echt...
Edit: I called (as I was asked) and was told that someone would answer and take care of my problem. Well, NO ONE got in touch and I took the time to get in touch for free?
Perhaps you should arrange the prices correctly or communicate the price promotions to the employees! I just wanted to buy 4 things, I paid and then I realized that the price is much higher than what is advertised! The signs said it was set to € 5 but I paid € 13!
Then I wanted the money back but I could only be given a CREDIT! Yes, what should I do with a credit ?! As seldom as I buy something, the GS brings me exactly 0! Madness really ...
