Bei der Firma wo ich ihn gekauft hatte habe ich zum Glück die teure Einsendung zur Herstellerfirma im letzten Moment noch zurückgezogen, um mir in einer Werkstatt einen ersten Rat zu holen. Da ich selbst amateurmäßig große Praxis im Installieren und Anpassen von PCs hatte, war ich noch nie auf externe Hilfe angewiesen. Bei der Internetsuche einer Computer Werkstatt fiel mir die hohe Bewertung von TOMMYs auf. Schon beim Telefonkontakt wegen eines Termins war ich von der Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Mitarbeiters (Robert) überrascht und von seiner Bereitschaft mir geduldig zuzuhören was die Ursache gewesen sein könnte. Die erste Analyse bereits am Telefon hat mich überzeugt, dass es eine gute Chance gibt den PC mit vertretbaren Kosten und rasch wieder funktionstüchtig zu machen. So war es dann auch beim Besuch in der Werkstatt und mein guter Eindruck vom Telefongespräch über die hohe fachliche Kompetenz und die nette Art wurde mehr als bestätigt. Dazu kam die sehr kompetente Beratung und einige Tipps und Kaufempfehlungen! Ich kann mich nur noch einmal bedanken und diesen Service nur weiterempfehlen! I was able to play the newest games even 6 years after I bought it. During all this time the company provided good and fast software support when needed.

Forum posts, DISM, chkdsk, auto repair, safe mode, restore, and so on. I found this place by searching google and sent an email not knowing what to expect. Mr. Robert Steiner was on the other end and fixed all my problems. He first tested to make sure that the hardware such as the SSD wasn't broken, then copied all of my data over to an external hard drive, reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 10, then copied the image back over to my computer. He installed an extremely easy to use tool that let me copy my files over to my new disk. My laptop is working perfectly now and all my personal files were saved. The whole time Mr. Steiner made sure to explain every step so that I knew what was going on if I was confused about the details. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made sure that I was taken care of. High recommendations to go here for any repairs!
