★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In dieser Trafik wurde der Kauf von einem Aufladebon für Internet um 30 Euro!!! mittels Bankomatkarte von der Mitarbeiterin ohne Begründung abgehnt. Das war für mich sehr ärgerlich, da ich das nicht gleich erledigen könnte. Musste dann weitere Trafik aufsuchen (5 Haltestellen) weiter, wo es problemlos war(Turmstraße). Wir sollen alle Bargeldlos bezahlen und das wird aber den Kunden verweigert... Sehr ärgerlich!
In this tobacco shop, the purchase of a top-up voucher for Internet was reduced by 30 euros !!! Rejected by the employee using an ATM card without a reason. That was very annoying for me because I couldn't do it right away. Then had to go to another tobacco shop (5 stops) where it was problem-free (Turmstrasse). We are all supposed to pay cashless and that is denied to the customers ... Very annoying!
