I have been visiting this tobacconist for a long time and I really enjoy it. From the boss to the employees, all very friendly and courteous.

Hatte mir am Abend beim Automaten Zigaretten gelöst, verrechnet wurden 2 daraufhin bin ich zur Trafik.. Die Dame meinte das ist so üblich auch in Wien, dass man bei Kartenzahlung beim Automaten 2 Packerl herausbekommt, jedoch war nur eines drinnen.. und sie meinte man muss lesen können!! Aber sehr laut und in einem unangemessenen Ton!!! Zur Info, diese Information sehr klein gedruckt, sodass man am Abend gar nicht darauf achtet..und ich löse an sehr vielen Stellen Zigaretten beim Automaten. So üblich ist es nicht in Linz, zumindest ist mir bis auf gestern nicht wiederfahren. Naja da freut sich der Nächste über ein weiteres Packerl oder die Inhaber in der Früh, wenn sie die gelösten Zigaretten einsammeln und wieder verkaufen!!! Der Umgang mit Kunden gehört gelernt bzw der respektvolle Umgang von klein auf angelernt! So I can't say much about the owner, but 1 employee is absolutely NO GO !! I bought cigarettes in the evening at the machine, 2 were charged, so I went to the tobacconist .. The lady said that is so common in Vienna that you get 2 packs out of the machine when you pay by card, but only one was inside .. and she said you have to be able to read !! But very loud and in an inappropriate tone !!! For information, this information is printed very small, so that you don't even pay attention to it in the evening ... and I buy cigarettes in many places at the machine. It's not that common in Linz, at least I didn't drive again until yesterday. Well, the next one is happy about another pack or the owners in the morning when they collect the loosened cigarettes and sell them again! Dealing with customers needs to be learned and respectful interaction is learned from an early age!

In Linz ist es für mich eher unüblich einen Automaten zu finden der nur eine Zigaretten Packung auslöst. Naja, schnell Kritik ausüben kann ja jeder und was die kompetente Beratung vom Inhaber angeht und sonst der freundliche Service von den lieben Mitarbeiterinnen oder die Warenpräsentation betrifft, ist dann wieder unzureichend für eine ehrliche Bewertung weil man einfach an den Automaten nicht lesen kann. Aber des ''fehlende'' Tschickpackerl hätte für eine volle 5 Sterne Bewertung gereicht :) Eine ehrliche Meinung von einer immer wieder kehrenden Kundin! :) I don't understand some of the reviews here, especially the excitement about buying two packs from the machines even though it was advertised? In Linz it is rather unusual for me to find a machine that only releases a pack of cigarettes. Well, anyone can criticize quickly, and when it comes to the competent advice from the owner and otherwise the friendly service from the lovely employees or the presentation of the goods, this is again insufficient for an honest evaluation because you simply can't read the machines. But the ''missing'' Tschickpackerl would have been enough for a full 5 star rating :) An honest opinion from a customer who keeps coming back! :)
