Keine Benachrichtigung oder sonstiges! Da ist einfach jemand zu faul für seinen Job! Werde nichts mehr bestellen, was mit FedEx geschickt wird! It doesn't get any worse! "Was loaded into the delivery vehicle" "State of emergency customer was not present" Would rather say FedEx wasn't there! No notification or anything else! Someone is simply too lazy for their job! Will no longer order anything that is sent with FedEx!

Nach E-Mail verkehr voll mit Entschuldigungen bin ich dann persönlich zur FedEx Logistik hingefahren und habe mein Paket abgeholt. Habe dort zusehen müssen, wie die Mitarbeiter Pakete in ihre Lieferwagen werfen. Nicht schlichten oder hinlegen! Von mehreren meter abstand zum Kofferraum werden die Pakete in den Wagen geworfen. Es kann doch nicht sein, dass DPD, UPS, etc. ohne Probleme zu mir finden. War das erste und letzte mal mit FedEx. Dates were all given correctly. I had to watch the employees throw packages into their delivery vans. Don't settle or lie down! The packages are thrown into the car from a distance of several meters from the trunk. Um 17:16 kommt plötzlich eine EMAIL von FedEx, dass ein Zustellversuch gemacht wurde und angeblich niemand zuhause war. Ich war die ganze Zeit da und es ist nie ein Lieferwagen gekommen! Finde es sehr dreist, dass man einfach die Leute anlügt. Wenn der Liefertermin nicht eingehalten werden kann, dann soll man das doch bitte gleich mitteilen und nicht erst kurz vor Ladenschluss. Hätte nicht ein Mitmieter das Paket gesehen und mir dann gebracht würde das Paket irgendwo umherstehen. Der Zusteller war wohl mit dem lesen meiner Adresse überfordert oder einfach unwillig. Die Aktion ist sicher nichtdazu geeignet diesen Zustelldienst weiter zu empfehlen! The package that was sent to me was simply parked somewhere in the complex. If a fellow tenant hadn't seen the package and then brought it to me, the package would be lying around somewhere. The delivery person was probably overwhelmed or simply unwilling to read my address. The campaign is certainly not suitable for recommending this delivery service!

Ganzen Tag zuhause, Frachtspesen beim Absender bezahlt......anscheinend alles egal. Sollte schon seit Wochen hier sein. Wenn diese Zusteller unfähig sind eine Lieferung zeitgerecht zuzustellen sollen Sie es auf eigene Kosten per Post senden. Verarschen kann ich mich selber. Unbearable Although tel.
