Mit der Gasflasche hat es Probleme gegeben (Produktionsfehler) ich habe am Dienstag angerufen und das Problem geschildert. Ohne wenn und aber war am nächsten Tag eine neue Gasflasche da. There were problems with the gas bottle (Production error) I called on Tuesday and described the problem. Without any ifs or buts, a new gas bottle was there the next day. I am amazed ? I am not used to such a perfect and customer-oriented service from any other online trade. Kudos to the TMH trading team. You are the best!!! Nach mehreren sehr netten Telefonaten mit TMH wurde mein Garantiefall bearbeitet und auch behoben. Mir wurde über airsoft2go (die ursprünglich den Garantiefall nicht in einer angemessenen Zeit bearbeiten wollten und den Fehler nicht zugaben) eine neue Arp9 zugeschickt, die nun einwandfrei funktioniert. Vielen Dank für das Engagement an TMH! The problems I had in my warranty claim are NOT from TMH. After several very nice phone calls with TMH, my warranty case was processed and also resolved. I was sent a new Arp9 via airsoft2go (who originally did not want to process the warranty case in a reasonable time and did not admit the error), which now works perfectly. Thank you for your commitment to TMH!

Ich habe schon viel und gerne eingekauft, das Team ist mega, besonders das Team der airsoft Werkstatt. Hatte bisher 2 mal ein kleines Problem mit einer meiner Waffen, diese wurden aber schnell und sauber wieder repariert. Selbst wenn man sich mal etwas bestellt und es sollte zb nicht passen kann man es einfach zurückschicken und man bekommt sein geld schnell wieder. Die Schnelle des Versants nach dem Bestellen und die Antworten auf E-Mails sind Unschlagbar. Der Service ist Ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter sehr Freundlich. Bei Fragen bekommt man sehr Informative Antworten. Wirklich Top Firma kann ich nur an Jedem weiter Empfehlen. Es kann schnell Teuer werden aber man bekommt Top Ware für das Geld.
