★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er ist schon sehr bezeichnend, wenn man persönlich im Geschäft steht und etwas Munition auf Vorrat kaufen möchte, welche offen im Regal steht und ganz offensichtlich lagend ist und der Verkäufer weigert sich mir diese zu verkaufen! Eine kleine Stückzahl hätte ich haben können. ?
Sorry, aber ich bin KEIN BITTSTELLER und auch nicht auf solche "Verkäufer" angewiesen! So geht man nicht mit Kunden um, die Waren im Wert eines mittleren vierstelligen €-Bereichs bei Ihnen kaufen möchten.
Im Dezember habe ich mir ein Setangebot für ein neues Gewehr in Ihrem Geschäft erstellen lassen und meine Absicht war, dieses heute bei Ihnen persönlich zu bestellen. Wenn es aber schon daran scheitert, dass mir der "Verkäufer" überhaupt Munition verkaufen will (das wäre eigentlich die Aufgabe eines Verkäufers), dann verstehe ich die vielen negativen Bewertungen hier sehr gut.
Ein anderer Händler hat sich wenige Stunden später sehr über meinen Einkauf bzw. meine Bestellung gefreut und war kundenorientiert, dankbar, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Nebenbei gesagt, war es dort dann auch noch billiger. Ich war grundsätzlich gewillt einen höheren Preis zu bezahlen um die lokale Wirtschaft in meiner Nähe zu unterstützen. Wenn man aber so mit Kunden umgeht, wird das nichts.

Sorry, but I am NOT a SETTLER AND I am not dependent on such "sellers"! This is not how you deal with customers who want to buy goods worth a mid four-digit € range from you.
In December I had a set offer for a new rifle made in your shop and my intention was to order it personally from you today. But if it fails because the "seller" wants to sell me ammunition at all (that would actually be the job of a seller), then I understand the many negative reviews here very well.
A few hours later, another retailer was very happy about my purchase or my order and was customer-oriented, grateful, friendly and courteous.
By the way, it was even cheaper there. I was basically willing to pay a higher price to support the local economy in my area. But if you treat customers like that, it won't work.
