TLScontact – Visa Application Centre Vienna - 2nd floor

Hello! Does somebody know how long does it take to get an answer for my visa and the passport back ? I have applied for my visa on 16.12 but i don't have any answer yet. Thanks

An absolutely horrible experience but a perfect example of why visa services should never be privatised. - the 70€ TLS fee wasn't ever mentioned anywhere until it was time to book my appointment, which is sort of scammy - their website is glitchy, and I had to reload it multiple times to actually pay that fee and book the appointment. I didn't feel safe to upload my documents and sensitive data there - the office itself is a mess with random pieces of furniture lying all around; the whole place is dark and cluttered; there's lots of street advertising outside, and the navigation instructions they provide are barely helpful. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect after having paid 70 euros for a 10-minute appointment - application tracking is straight up bull: it currently says I've already collected my passport -- which I haven't?? In fact, I only got an email saying that my passport would soon be sent to me and I'd get a tracking code as soon as that happens; haven't heard form them ever since - ironically, despite their name is TLScontact, there's actually no way to contact them! Not a single email address or a phone number on the whole website. Anyway, it's disgraceful to see the UK govt being content with such representation in Europe. TLS is a government-granted monopoly, a horrible one, and it's just revolting to see a rich Western democracy doing something like that with zero repercussions and no attention from the public.

I was supposed to receive my visa ( with my passport )last Friday, today evening is my flight, tomorrow 15th Sep is a very important family event (graduation of my daughter) Where are my documents ???- nobody can answer... Impossible to get through the UK phone ( even payed) contact formular - robot replied "we come back to your complaint in 3 days!) I have urgent issue.. And office works have day a week.

Hi! I experience the same problems with booking an appointment. It's horrible i can't reach anyone with a phone number or email. I sent an email 6 days ago that i can't book an appointment and i haven't got an answer yet! I booked my flight to the uk on the 17th of september and i don't know what i should do right now.

Unbelievable. The father of my baby is still waiting for his passport, they told him it takes a month only and now he might be illegal in Austria and without passport as in a few days his Schengen Visa finishes and without passport he cannot travel to UK to extend his Visa. I have to say TLS is very slowly and gave a wrong time frame information. And we contacted the contact forms online several times with no response. So also the answer of TLS here is useless as well.

Their system crushed over and over again. I was stuck in the center for 2 hours. They have no tech support on site, and I missed a very important work meeting just because of this (because they can't postpone or take the biometrics later, or else you have to pay again). The only thing you get from the workers is: "it should be resolved soon". This is poor service, and yet I paid a lot for this.

Where to send passport once visa is ready. I still have my passport because I chose the 'Keep my Passport' option. Visa is now ready and needs to be attached to my passport. Cannot find any information where to send passport and also no info received from TLS . Please can someone get back to. Application done in VIENNA. We have filled in MULTIPLE online contact requests. Beyond frustrating experience. I have paid a fee of above 800 EUR for a 5 year visa. When I came for my fingerprints appointment, their system was down, and I was told I would be contacted to arrange another appointment in a different date. That was just the beginning of frustration. Nobody ever contacted me again, there is no phone number for customer care that I could find, and I didn't get replies on my numerous emails. My application then expired, and now it's nearly impossible to get a refund, let alone getting a visa. A rip-off organisation, that is sadly taking advantage of a monopoly on the market
