★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to Covid situation, I had to choose another visa center than Düsseldorf... I'm so glad that I chose this center for Passport submission and Courier services. Everything was quick without any fuss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, submitted passports and after two weeks since they got passports, put them as pending due to lack of 10 euros and on the receipts charged sms service for kids who even do not have cell numbers. Here is more… When they got passports from the embassy in automated email they wrote that they are sending passport on the same day, but a week later they haven't even sent them out. (in the meantime we had to move out, and we lost our tickets to Canada - because they just could not do their job). Horrible service. They do not answer phone, do not answer emails. My friend from Veinna drove there to talk to them, said they are extremely understaffed and say "just wait". If you have a chance apply through different center.
