(Frage wurde aber immer noch nicht beantwortet) Telefonisch fast nie erreichbar. Never again! Here you wait over 3 weeks for an urgent email to be answered. (Question still not answered) Almost never reachable by phone.
E	Elisabeth Zaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unerhörter Umgang mit den Kunden! So respektlos wurde ich schon lange nicht behandelt. Und als Ausrede Probleme aus ihrem Privatleben muss ich auch nicht hören. Noch dazu kommt Ich habe ein X1 Visum beantragt da ich 6 monate in China bleiben wollte allerdings auf keine von der Regierung angesehene Universität ging somit auch keine Erlaubnis für ein X2 Visum hatte da mir das Dokument dafür fehlte. Was bekam ich? Ein X2 visum!! Das hatte für meinen fall keine Gültigkeit und ich musste mehrere 3 Stunden Fahrten zur nächsten großen Stadt auf mich nehmen um ein neues Visum dort zu bekommen! Durfte natürlich für alles nochmal zahlen. Outrageous dealings with customers! I haven't been treated so disrespectfully in a long time. And as an excuse I don't have to hear problems from your private life. Add to that I applied for an X1 visa because I wanted to stay in China for 6 months, but did not go to a government-recognized university, so I did not have a permit for an X2 visa because I did not have the document for it. What did i get? An X2 visa !! That was not valid for my case and I had to take several 3 hours trips to the next big city to get a new visa there! Of course I was allowed to pay for everything again.

Diese Seite aber vor allem die telefonische Information ist großartig! Kompetent, freundlich und erreichbar! Dieser Anbieter ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen! DANKEDANKEDANKE nochmal :) WOOOOW - I was really desperate, because the website of the Federal Ministry did not work, documents were not downloadable, I had reached no one on the phone and nobody answered me by mail! This site but especially the telephone information is great! Competent, friendly and achievable! This provider is really recommended! THANKS THANK YOU again :)

Ob das der Wahrheit entspricht oder ob hier versucht wurde einen größeren Auftrag zu bekommen, kann ich leider nicht beurteilen. Ich habe es aber (mit etwas Erfahrung) selbst ausgefüllt und es hat gepasst. - Emails wurden vermutlich nicht sehr genau gelesen oder firmenintern schlecht kommuniziert und deshalb wurde bei manchen Dingen immer wieder telefonisch nachgefragt. + Very detailed, competent customer service! + Good customer service! + Predictions and promises were fulfilled to my fullest satisfaction! + easy handling (sending certain documents by email) + low priced (36 € for the agency VisumChina) + - I felt a bit compelled to fill out the admittedly very elaborate form for the embassy / visa application center, because mistakes often seem to happen. Whether this is the truth or whether it was trying to get a larger contract, I can not judge unfortunately. But I filled it out (with some experience) and it worked. - Emails were probably not read very well or communicated poorly within the company and therefore was in some cases always in demand by phone.
