Das ist der Service für einen Netzzugang und einen Energieliefervertrag um 20.000€. Danke For three weeks I spent hours on hold at Tiwag every day. Not even a callback was made. That is the service for network access and an energy supply contract for € 20,000. Thank you

Alle Fragen wurden zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Es wurde mir sofort geholfen. Danke für die netten Gespräche. Probably the friendliest, most helpful, nicest hotline that I've met. Very short wait! On several occasions, must strive. All questions were answered to the full satisfaction. It has helped me immediately. Thanks for the nice conversations.

Ich schaue mich jetzt schon einmal nach einem neuen Anbieter um, bei dem die Kunden vielleicht mehr Wert sind. Can not be reached by phone, nor do you get an answer to written e-mails. For 14 days! I'm already looking around for a new provider who might value the customers more.

Wo leben wir denn, dass einem obwohl man mittels Dauerauftrag zahlt, nur weil man nicht unterschrieben hat, der Strom abgestellt wird????????? Und das OHNE Vorankündigung.... Was ein drecks Verein If I could I wouldn't give a star. Where do we live that even though you pay by standing order, just because you haven't signed, the electricity is turned off ????????? And WITHOUT notice .... What a dirty club
J	Jörg Schiller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Preisgestaltung ist mehr als fragwürdig. Für eine Wohnung, die wir wegen Corona garnicht nutzen konnten, kamen bei 41KWh Verbrauch 11,16€ Kosten im eco Tarif. Dazu kamen aber noch Netzentgelte, Zählergebühren, etc. von zusammen 75,10€ !!! => macht einen KWh Preis von 2,10€. Ich denke dass ist Rekordverdächtig :-( :-( :-( Die langen Reaktionszeiten an der Hotline kann ich bestätigen. Ich muss hier einen Stern geben, sonst kann ich nicht posten. Ist aber keinen Wert. Nie wieder TIWAG. The pricing is more than questionable. For an apartment that we couldn't use at all because of Corona, the cost of 41KWh was € 11.16 in the eco tariff. In addition, there were network charges, meter charges, etc. totaling € 75.10 !!! => makes a KWh price of € 2.10. I think that's record-breaking :-( :-( :-( I can confirm the long response times on the hotline. I have to give a star here, otherwise I can't post. But it's no value. Never again TIWAG.

Ich verstehe ja, dass viel los ist und es dauern kann, aber die Dauer des Rückrufes beschränkte sich auf Sekunden. Ich war gerade in einem Telefonat, beendete es sofort als ich den Rückruf bekam - und schon hatte der Kundenservice aufgelegt. Er hätte wenigstens ein paar Sekunden länger in der Leitung bleiben können. Ein Rückruf ist nicht möglich, denn dann ist man gleich wieder am Anfang der Warteschlange oder muss noch einmal um einen Rückruf bitten, der dann wer weiß wann kommt. I waited four and a half hours for a call back. I understand that there is a lot going on and that it can take time, but the call back time was limited to seconds. I was on a phone call, ended it when I got the call back - and customer service had hung up. He could have stayed on the line at least a few seconds longer. A callback is not possible, because then you are right back at the beginning of the queue or have to ask for a call back who will then come who knows when.

Habe mich telefonisch bei Kundenservice gemeldet wegen Nachzahlung da hieß es ich muss wo anders anrufen hab ich auch getan am 28. April der Herr meinte Sie bekommen einen Anruf wegen Termin bis heute hat sich keiner gemeldet. Ich hab mir gedacht dann rufe ich heute nochmal an, der Herr meinte voll unsympathisch das kann 2 bis 3 Wochen dauern was ich mir da erwarte ich habe erst am 28 April angerufen bzw E-Mail geschickt!! Heute ist der 3. Mai. Ich glaube nicht dass man wegen einer Termin 3 Wochen braucht???? When I read the reviews here I am not surprised that I even give one star! I contacted customer service by phone about additional payment because it said I have to call somewhere else, I also did on April 28th, the gentleman said you got a call about an appointment until today no one has answered. I thought then I'll call again today, the gentleman said totally unsympathetic that can take 2 to 3 weeks what I'm expecting because I only called on April 28th or sent an email !! Today is May 3rd. I don't think you need 3 weeks for an appointment ????
