★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin sowohl mit Strom als auch Internet hochzufrieden. Die Installation des Modems war schnell, die Mitarbeiter der Servicehotline wie auch vor Ort sehr freundlich und kompetent und alles läuft stabil.
Aufgrund der Ausgangssperre in Tirol haben die IKB uns heute per Mail informiert, dass sie die Uploadgeschwindigkeit für alle Nutzer kostenfrei verdoppelt haben. Nun sind sowohl Streamen als auch Arbeiten im Home Office noch besser möglich. Ein super Service! Bin begeistert!
 I am very satisfied with both electricity and the Internet. The installation of the modem was quick, the staff on the service hotline as well as on site were very friendly and competent and everything is running smoothly.
Due to the curfew in Tyrol, the IKB informed us today by email that they have doubled the upload speed for all users free of charge. Now both streaming and working in the home office are even better possible. A great service! Am thrilled!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persönlicher Eindruck nach zwei Besuchen mit gebotener Objektivität: Das IKB Servicecenter zeigt, das öffentlich rechtlich auch anders geht: Flott, bemüht, kompetent, sehr freundlich und Mitarbeiter motiviert. Kein warten, alles klappt problemlos, auch wenn nicht alle Daten bei der Hand sind. Persönlicher Eindruck 1a, daher sind 5 Sterne mehr als gerechtfertigt. Zum Internet Fiber: Bringt super stabil die versprochene Bandbreite und auch noch etwas mehr als gebucht. Die Selbstinstallation sollte auch jeder schaffen. Traut er sich das nicht zu: Servicetechniker kommen lassen oder sich vom Mitarbeiter die Demo Box mit 1:1 Setup zeigen lassen. Danach sollte es wirklich jeder schaffen, der mit seinem PC halbwegs zurecht kommt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine customer service representatives. However, the wifi is a bit of a headache as it may take up to a month to get it turned in at your apartment. Tou are given a hotspot with a 10gb cap, that you have to stretch out over however many weeks it takes to get your actual router installed.
This means that the ''not a day without internet" promise is a lie and a farce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our electricity was stopped because of the landlord's fault, we went to fix it, were told that electricity will come the next day and it still hasn't and the facility has closed already so now we have to sit through the weekend with no electricity, which makes it 4 days total without electricity cause they were too lazy to come and fix it even though their building is 5 minutes away. Horrible service.
