★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind schon seit Jahren Kunden in allen Sparten der Hall AG und immer sehr zufrieden. Gerade eben wurde unser Stromzähler ausgetauscht. Die Herren der Hall AG waren ausserordentlich freundlich und kompetent :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben immer wieder technische Probleme mit unserem Mail Server. Der Support ist mehr als schlecht, da keines meiner Mails beantwortet wurde.
Ich empfehle daher diesen Provider zu Meiden.
Always have technical problems with our mail server. The support is more than bad because none of my emails was answered.
I therefore recommend avoiding this provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur Positives berichten, auf meine Rückfrage hin wurde alles vorab erledigt und konfiguriert, damit ich das Citynet schnellstmöglich nach dem Umzug nutzen kann, obwohl das in der Form normalerweise nicht üblich ist. Sehr guter Kundenservice!
All I can say is positive, on my inquiry everything was done in advance and configured so that I can use the Citynet as soon as possible after the move, although this is not usually the case in the form. Very good customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich diese Firma nicht weiterempfehlen und würde keinen Vertrag mehr dort unterschreiben! Wir ließen uns die Fernwärme in die Wohnung legen, aber leider wurden alle Aufgaben die zu erfüllen waren, falsch oder zu spät ausgeführt! Zuerst wurden die benötigten Teile nicht bestellt (weil ein Teil mehr nötig war und wir nicht offiziell okay sagten – jedoch wussten wir nicht, dass wir dies zu tun haben und es wurde uns auch nicht vermittelt), dann wurden die Rohre falsch montiert (Argument war, dass es ihnen niemand gesagt hatte, jedoch sah ich auch nie jemanden im Vorfeld dem ich es sagen hätte können), dann gab es Lieferschwierigkeiten wodurch die Baustelle fast 3 Wochen still stand (bei Nachfrage war die Antwort: „Wir haben jedes Jahr Lieferschwierigkeiten!“) und zuletzt wurden die Subzähler falsch montiert, was nicht aufgefallen wäre, wenn ich nicht nachgefragt hätte!
Fazit wir unterschrieben im Juli den Vertrag, im August begann die Baustelle und es benötigte dann 3 MONATE!!! Bis ich eine Heizung hatte, wodurch ich im November bei 17° Grad in meiner Wohnung leben konnte.
Somit einmal und NIE wieder!
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company and would not sign a contract there anymore! We had the district heating put in the apartment, but unfortunately all the tasks that had to be done were carried out incorrectly or too late! At first the required parts were not ordered (because one more part was needed and we did not officially say okay - however we did not know that we had to do this and it was not conveyed to us), then the pipes were incorrectly assembled (argument was That nobody had told them, but I never saw anyone in advance that I could have said), then there were delivery problems which caused the construction site to stand for almost 3 weeks (when asked, the answer was: “We have delivery problems every year! “) And finally the sub-meters were installed incorrectly, which would not have been noticed if I hadn't asked!
Conclusion we signed the contract in July, the construction site started in August and it then took 3 MONTHS !!! Until I had a heater, which allowed me to live in my apartment at 17 degrees in November.
So once and NEVER again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know maybe my comemnt has nothing to do with this place but it would be Better if Austrian Government Take Care about the young foreigners and new workers who are couple years in this small city because we work for 1250 euro full time and we should pay it all for power and food and haus. And no organisation hears our voice I'm about 6 years in austria and I still can not buy a cheap car. Because The politicians only care about their power and the seats on the government.
