C	Clemens Gasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Als ich dort war hat er andere Gäste beschimpft nur weil sie sich nicht gleich entscheiden konnten. Geht gar nicht. Die Auswahl ist auch nicht gerade besonders gut. Gibt bessere Headshops in Innsbruck. Rude staff. When I was there he insulted other guests just because they couldn't make a decision right away. Not possible. The selection is not particularly good either. There are better head shops in Innsbruck.

Wir gingen zu zweit nach hinten wo das Licht hell brannte und DEFINITIV keine Absperrung vorhanden war. Keine 5 Sekunden später steht der schmieriege Älterer Typ da und fängt an uns zu beschimpfen, wir haben dort nichts verloren. Es war einfach nur erniedrigend und wir fühlten uns als Besucher Mega rassistisch angegriffen. Brauchten/Wollten gar nicht diskutieren und verließen sofort das Geschäft. Wir ließen uns gar nicht auf dieses Niveau herab. Mega unsympathisch amliebsten 0 Sterne. Er kann sich seine Blumentöpfe und Bongs in seinen Allerwertesten verschwinden lasse. Ich setze da kein Fuß mehr hinein. Lieber 15 Minuten länger fahren und professionelle und kompetente Beratung vom Sonnenallee Team holen. Denn die habens drauf und sind mega geduldig. Man fühlt sich da immer herzlichst willkommen. April 22, 2020 Really unappealing guy. The hemp house was completely empty and the seller couldn't even say hello. We went back to the two of us where the light was bright and DEFINITELY there was no barrier. Less than 5 seconds later, the greasy older guy stands there and starts insulting us, we haven't lost anything there. It was just humiliating and we as visitors felt mega racially attacked. Didn't need / didn't want to argue and immediately left the shop. We never let ourselves down to this level. Mega unappealing, preferably 0 stars. He can make his flower pots and bongs disappear in his most valuable. I no longer put a foot in there. Rather drive 15 minutes longer and get professional and competent advice from the Sonnenallee team. Because they have it and are extremely patient. You always feel very welcome.

The large, dark haired man in a Slayer shirt behind the counter was helping other customers when we walked in. We saw cases displaying glass blown pipes that we were going to look at while the man helped the other customers. He did not acknowledge us until we barely had one foot over the threshold into the space with the glass cases when he yelled, and I mean, YELLED (with a sour, disgusted look on his face to match) “WHAT DO YOU WANT?!”. We were both shocked because we did not realize we had gone into a restricted area. There was no sign or indication that we were supposed to have an escort to that part of the store. Save yourself the embarrassment and go somewhere else.
