Es wurde alles problemlos auf Kulanz repariert , die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich. Nach 6 Jahren ist die gesetzliche Gewährleistung ja schon lange vorbei, das ist ein Top Service! Wenn wir in Zukunft Schmuck brauchen, wissen wir wo wir kaufen Top service and absolutely customer-friendly. After 6 years, the silver layer on my Mokume Gane wedding ring was damaged. Everything was repaired without any problems on goodwill, the employees were always friendly. After 6 years, the statutory warranty is long gone, that's top service! If we need jewelry in the future, we will know where to buy

Die Damen sind absolut freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Ich bin mit meinen beiden Töchtern dort gewesen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir für die kirchliche Hochzeit Ringe kaufen, dann nirgendwo anders als dort. Danke nochmals. For other reasons, we were unable to buy the rings from 123 gold wedding rings, which I was really sorry about. The ladies are absolutely friendly, courteous and competent. I went there with my two daughters and we felt very comfortable. If we buy rings for church weddings, it is nowhere else but there. Thanks again.

Da wir erst beide dem anderen einen gefallen tun wollten, entschieden wir uns unwissentlich beide für Ringe, die uns nicht gefielen. Das bemerkten wir erst im Auto, als wir es beide doch nicht für uns behalten konnten. Ich fuhr zurück und cancelte die Bestellung, problemlos wurden die anderen Ringe bestellt und die Differenz konnte ebenfalls problemlos nachgezahlt werden. Eine neue Rechnung bekam ich umweltschonend per Mail. Statt nach 4 Wochen waren die Ringe bereits nach 8 Tagen abholbereit und das vor dem 22.2.22, dem beliebtesten Datum heuer. Das war schon wirlklich erstklassig, da im Falle noch 3 Wochen für eine Größenänderung übrig waren, die es bei der ebenfalls sehr freundlichen Anprobe dann aber nicht brauchte. Eine schöne Ringschatulle und einen speziellen Schwamm zur Reinigung gab es umsonst dazu. Die Gravur ist ebenfalls gut lesbar und schön. My now wife and I bought our wedding rings here after competent advice. Since we both wanted to do each other a favor first, we both unknowingly chose rings that we didn't like. We only noticed that in the car when we both couldn't keep it to ourselves. I went back and canceled the order, the other rings were ordered without any problems and the difference could also be paid later without any problems. I received a new invoice in an environmentally friendly way by e-mail. The rings were ready for collection after 8 days instead of 4 weeks and that before 2/22/22, the most popular date this year. That was really first class, since there were still 3 weeks left for a size change, which was then not needed with the also very friendly fitting. A beautiful ring box and a special sponge for cleaning were included free of charge. The engraving is also legible and beautiful.
