Die Angestellte dort sagte mir, ich wäre auf den letzten Drücker draufgekommen, dass ich den Anzug am Samstag benötigen würde. Deswegen müsse sie mir den Expresspreis verrechnen. Da ich mit meiner Hofer-Arbeitskleidung das Geschäftslokal betrat, sagte sie, ich könne mir den Preis locker leisten (bin Student, was sie mir vermutlich nicht glaubte, also kein Großverdiener!!!), was ich als sehr frech empfand. Hätte ich den regulären Preis bezahlt, wenn ich nicht meine Arbeitsmontur angehabt hätte? Ob der Expresspreis bei fünf Werktagen vorlaufzeit gerechtfertigt war sei auch dahin gestellt. Beim Abholen legte ich ihr 30 € hin (Expresspreis 29,30 €), worauf sie meinte "das stimmt so, oder?". Tja Frechheit siegt ... Die drei Sterne gebe ich, weil ich mit dem Ergebnis der Reinigung sehr zufrieden bin. Am Service kann aber definitiv noch gearbeitet werden. Wiederkommen werde ich aber wohl eher nicht! Unfortunately only three stars from me. I am happy to give you the reasons for this! I took my suit to the dry cleaners Monday lunchtime. The clerk there told me that I realized at the last minute that I would need the suit on Saturday. That's why she has to charge me the express price. Since I entered the shop with my Hofer work clothes, she said I could easily afford the price (I'm a student, which she probably didn't believe me, so no big earner !!!), which I found very cheeky. Would I have paid the regular price if I hadn't been wearing my work gear? It remains to be seen whether the express price was justified with a lead time of five working days. When I picked it up, I gave her € 30 (express price € 29.30), whereupon she said, "That's right, isn't it?". Well cheek wins ... I am giving the three stars because I am very satisfied with the result of the cleaning. But the service can definitely still be worked on. But I will probably not come back!
