Habe hier komplett asymmetrisch und schlecht die Haare geschnitten bekommen. Ohne Kommentar wird man 15-20 Minuten zusätzlich warten gelassen, obwohl der eigene Termin schon längst hätte beginnen sollen. Und auch menschlich ist es das Letzte. Ich hatte letztes Mal kein Trinkgeld dabei, musste dann aber nochmal rein, weil ich etwas vergessen hatte und wurde dabei total ablehnend und hasserfüllt angestarrt. So wirds nix mit Kundenbindung! Was very satisfied as a customer here for many years. Unfortunately, since the team was replaced, the quality has continued to decline. Got my hair cut completely asymmetrically and badly. Without comment, you are left to wait an additional 15-20 minutes, even though your own appointment should have started long ago. And in human terms, too, it is the last thing. Last time I didn't have a tip, I had to go back in because I had forgotten something and was stared at with total disapproval and hatefulness. So there’s nothing to do with customer loyalty!

Business is super nice sales staff, which concerns the hairdressing studio, I can't say services that have not yet been used.
