Uns wurde nach mehrfacher Nachfrage beim Telefonat und bei der Besichtigung mitgeteilt dass wir beim ausziehen die Wohnung nicht ausmalen müssen und unsere Kaution binnen 2 Wochen erhalten obwohl wir der Hausverwaltung entgegenkommen wollten also alles herrichten und die Schlüssel 2 Wochen vorher abgegeben hätten!! Nun sind über 4 Monate vergangen zwischendurch konnten wir jemanden nach jedem 25. anruf erreichen da alle „jeden Tag in einem Meeting sind“ und es hieß „wir warten auf ein Angebot“. - was geht mich das Angebot an wenn Ihr mir versichert habt ich müsse nichts machen?!? Jetzt liegt alles beim Rechtsschutz. Auszug der Telefongespräche wird alles beweisen. Gott sei Dank haben wir dann nichts mehr mit euch zu tun!! Have been chasing this incompetent company for months! After multiple inquiries during the phone call and during the inspection, we were informed that we do not have to paint the apartment when we move out and that we would receive our deposit within 2 weeks even though we wanted to accommodate the property management so everything was ready and the keys would have been given 2 weeks in advance! Now more than 4 months have passed in between we were able to reach someone after every 25th call because everyone “is in a meeting every day” and it was “we are waiting for an offer”. - What is the offer to me if you have assured me I don't have to do anything?!? Now everything is up to legal protection. Extract of the phone calls will prove everything. Thank god we have nothing more to do with you then !!
