★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our dog there and were disappointed by the service. We've been led from diagnosis to diagnosis, we felt more and more lost therefore we decided to change veterinary. At every visit there was a new "issue", some tests have never been finished, prices were different from what we've concluded on the phone and, finally, we've never received a clear and complete diagnosis from the veterinarian. We've talked to the veterinarian about the situation, she apologized and admitted she needed advice from her colleague to furher help us.

Not only the quality of her work but her friendlyness and the atmosphere in her wonderful practice made us feel at ease right away. Being able to communicate in English also helped a lot. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet was extremely kind and helpful. Dr Patel and her assistants treated my nervous kitten with so much love and kindness that I didn’t have to worry at all! The praxis is extremely clean and cosy, it was like walking into a living room... made the whole experience very positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Patel is everything the perfect vet should be: caring, thorough, patient, professional, friendly, and helpful in every way. She is always available for her human and animal clients, which is so reassuring, and her knowledge, experience, and kind manner always makes my dog and me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I also like that she has a holistic approach and uses alternative as well as traditional treatment methods.
The praxis is clean, cheerful, and very welcoming. And I am especially grateful that she speaks English! You and your pet will be in good hands with Dr. Patel and her team and I can highly and happily recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, excellent care, good with animals. Mag. Patel is also excellent with English for expats without enough medical German to feel comfortable in the local language. Most patients are dogs (it's vienna) but very good with cats as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am of course partial to this particular vet since she is the one I've been using for my last 4 dogs. Friendly, caring, send reminders about vaccinations and even send Xmas cards. Love them to bits! (I'm including the assistant.)
