I	Iris Kunrath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war nun schon dreimal bei den äußerst herzlichen Damen. Meine beiden Stubentiger wurden immer sehr liebevoll empfangen, gekrault und gut behandelt. Ich fühle mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben und schätze auch die gute Ausstattung der Praxis. Die Termine werden immer eingehalten und ich wurde auch persönlich nach einer kleinen OP angerufen und über den Zustand informiert bzw habe das auch bei anderen Patienten beobachtet. Ich habe nun endlich 'meine" Tierärztin samt Team gefunden. I have now been to the extremely cordial ladies three times. My two house tigers were always welcomed very lovingly, petted and treated well. I feel that I am in very good hands here and I also appreciate the good equipment in the practice. The appointments are always kept and I was called personally after a small operation and informed about the condition or have also observed this in other patients. I have finally found 'my' vet and team.
w	wienerbertl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edgar ist wieder mit sehr viel Freundlichkeit und liebe versorgt worden. Waren früher auch schon mit unseren beiden Goldies dort und immer sehr zufrieden! Diese Tierambulanz ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Am 15.10.21 wurden Edgar 2 Lipome entfernt und seine Zähne saniert, er wurde wieder sehr professionell und mit viel Freundlichkeit behandelt, Nähte wurden am 25.10.21 entfernt, Edgar hat alles sehr "tapfer" über sich ergehen lassen, nochmals möchten wir die Tierambulanz Brigittenau wämstens empfehlen! Einen lieben Gruß und ein fröhliches Wauwau von Edgar. Edgar has again been looked after with a lot of kindness and love. Have been there before with our two Goldies and always very satisfied! This animal clinic is really recommended! On October 15th, Edgar had 2 lipomas removed and his teeth restored, he was treated very professionally and with a lot of friendliness, sutures were removed on October 25th, 21st, Edgar endured everything very "bravely", we would like to go to the animal clinic again Strongly recommend Brigittenau! Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist auch für die kleinere Geldbörse möglich... Meine 2 Karzen der Kater meines Bruders und sein Berner Sehnen Hund würden niemals zu einem anderen Tierarzt... ?????? Both me and my brother's family take our animals there. Very friendly and competent doctors. Price-performance ratio is also possible for the smaller purse... My 2 cats, my brother's cat and his Bernese tendon dog would never go to another vet... ??????
B	Bigfoot Trinkerbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kamen abends aus dem Urlaub retour und bemerkten, dass Hela eine übergroße Rissquetsch-Wunde am Bauch hatte. Von den Katzensittern, alles gute Freunde, hätte keiner was bemerkt, da sie keine Verhaltensänderung oder eine andere Gangart aufwies. Am nächsten Tag, Sonntag 08.08.2021, rief ich dann paar Kliniken an. Trotz offizieller Öffnungszeiten lief bei vielen nur die Mailbox. Bei der Tierambulanz Brigittenau hob allerdings eine sehr freundliche Stimme ab und erfragte den Status der Fellnase. Sofort wurde mir ein Termin binnen einer Stunde angeboten und wir flitzten rüber. Eine sehr nette und sympathische Helferin nahm uns in Empfang und die Ärztin, genauso supernett, ruhig und einfühlsam, sah sich dann auch gleich die Gato an. Die Wunde musste gereinigt und genäht werden. Binnen 45min waren wir dann auch wieder am Heimweg. Pro: - supernettes Team - sehr warm wirkende Ordination, sehr sauber - schnell reagiert und Termin angeboten - transparente Kostenaufstellung und auf Wochenendzuschlag hingewiesen (war mir eh klar, aber hör immer wieder von anderen Instituten, die die Kosten verechleiern) Contra: - da es Sonntag war, sind wir zum Warten zum McDonalds (schlecht für meine Figur) ? Vielen lieben Dank☺️ We came back from vacation in the evening and noticed that Hela had an oversized bruised tear on her stomach. None of the cat sitters, all good friends, would have noticed anything, as they showed no change in behavior or a different gait. The next day, Sunday 08.08.2021, I called a couple of clinics. Despite official opening times, many only had their mailbox open. At the animal clinic in Brigittenau, however, a very friendly voice picked up and asked about the status of the fur nose. I was immediately offered an appointment within an hour and we rushed over. A very nice and personable helper welcomed us and the doctor, just as super nice, calm and empathetic, immediately looked at the Gato. The wound had to be cleaned and sewn. We were on our way home again within 45 minutes. Per: - super nice team - very warm-looking ordination, very clean - responded quickly and offered an appointment - transparent cost statement and reference to weekend surcharge (was clear to me anyway, but keep hearing from other institutes who disguise the costs) Cons: - Since it was Sunday, we went to the McDonalds to wait (bad for my figure) ? Meine Puppe geht völlig stressfrei in die Ordination. DANKE von uns beiden ? The nicest and most competent team that I know. Very caring and careful, with animal and owner. We always have an open ear, even for small questions. My doll goes to the ordination completely stress-free. THANK YOU from both of us ?

I have a 1-year-old Golden Retriever and this is the third clinic we've been in this district. Although the other two clinics were okay as well, but there I had the feeling the vets don't know my dog and the examinations were way more superficial. Vets are generally quite expensive in Austria, but as there is a big difference between one and another regarding competence and humanity, I rather put my money where I feel like my dog is in safe hands. I am sure we will stay here.
