T	Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war nur 1x dort, weswegen meine Bewertung mit entsprechender Einschränkung zu verstehen ist. Erstbesuch mit meinem neuen Welpen: Frau Doktor war sehr freundlich und konnte mit meinem Hundewelpen gut umgehen. Sie untersuchte den Hund eingehend und nahm eine Grundimmunisierung vor. Auf meine Frage ob Frau Doktor eine Zahnfehlstellung festgestellt hat, auf welche mich meine Züchterin aufmerksam gemmacht hatte, wurde meiner Welpin nocheinmal sehr gründlich ins Maul geschaut. Frau Dr. Ruscher konnte nichts auffälliges erkennen und redete im Anschluss von übertriebenem Schönheitswahn bei Hunden und absurden Auswüchsen wegen optischen Zahnkorrekturen. Bei der nächsten Ärztin (andere Praxis) wurde dann festgestellt, dass ein oberer Reißzahn nach innen gewachsen ist (statt nach außen) und sich in den Gaumen bohrt wo im Gaumen bereits ein kleines Loch (Eindruck) entstanden ist. Noch kein Drama da noch Michzahn aber unbedingt zu beobachten da wenn dieser Fehlbiss nach dem Zahnwechsel noch besteht, gröserer Schaden entstanden wäre. Kurz: Vielleicht hatte Fr. Dr. Ruscher nur einen unaufmeksamen oder gestressten Tag gehabt, hat ja jeder mal, mein Vertauen war aber weg. Zum Glück habe ich gleich mehrere Tierärzte "ausprobiert" und mit dem 3. Versuch den richtigen gefunden. I was only there once, which is why my rating is to be understood with a corresponding restriction. First visit with my new puppy: Frau Doctor was very friendly and was good with my puppy. She examined the dog thoroughly and carried out a basic immunization. When I asked whether the doctor had found a tooth misalignment, which my breeder had pointed out to me, my puppy was once again looked very thoroughly in the mouth. Miss Dr. Ruscher couldn't see anything conspicuous and then talked about an exaggerated obsession with beauty in dogs and absurd excesses because of optical tooth corrections. At the next doctor (other practice) it was found that an upper fang has grown inwards (instead of outwards) and bores into the palate where a small hole (indentation) has already formed in the palate. No drama yet, but it is important to watch my tooth because if this malocclusion persists after the change of teeth, greater damage would have occurred. In short: Perhaps Fr. Dr. Ruscher just had an inattentive or stressed day, everyone has, but my trust was gone. Luckily I "tried out" several vets and found the right one on the 3rd try.

Dr. Ruscher is extremely nice, professional, she is willing to explain to you each step of treatment of your pet, she is empathetic and not only she definitely knows what she is doing, but it is also obvious that she loves every animal that enters her ambulance.♥ As I live in Vienna for only 2 months my german is very poor, Dr. Ruscher had no problem with communication in English and she immediately knew how to help my dog.
