R	Robert Sukan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein kleines, aber sehr feines Tiergeschäft mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Bis jetzt wurden alle meine Wünsche zur Gänze erfüllt. Habe sehr nützliche Tipps zur Tierhaltung bekommen und diese auch immer erfolgreich anwenden können. Jeder Besuch war lehrreich und aufklärend. Der Kunde ist tatsächlich König. A small but very nice pet shop with very nice and helpful employees. So far, all of my wishes have been fully met. Got very useful tips on keeping animals and have always been able to use them successfully. Each visit was educational and educational. The customer is really king.

Dies ging ganz ohne Probleme von statten. A great business with very friendly and competent employees. I had to exchange a raincoat for our Bauxilein. This went off without any problems.

Jetzt ist sein Partner auch krank, hmm.. warum wohl? Got a sick bird, the staff said I'm lying. After a lot of phone calls we got the money back and never saw the bird again. Now his partner is sick too, hmm .. why?

Als ich einen Fisch fotografieren wollte (ich hab das Verbotsschild nicht gesehen) wurde ich geschimpft und angeschnauzt, dass das nicht unter „nur schauen“ zählt. Unfriendly employee! Has already been addressed stupidly because I just wanted to look. When I wanted to photograph a fish (I didn't see the prohibition sign) I was scolded and snapped at that it didn't count under “just looking”.

Am Telefon meldete sich eine äußerst unhöfliche Mitarbeiterin, die mich auf meine rein allgemeine Nachfrage hin schnippisch fragte, "ob es für mich denn im Lockdown lebensnotwendig sei, Fische zu kaufen", wobei ich nichts davon gesagt habe, sie jetzt kaufen zu wollen. Ganz klar, in dem Laden werde ich kein Geld liegen lassen. Having never been to this shop before, I wanted to telephone to inquire whether fish are generally offered for sale. An extremely rude employee answered the phone and, in response to my general demand, snippily asked "whether it is vital for me to buy fish in lockdown", although I did not say anything about wanting to buy them now. Clearly, I won't leave any money in the store.

Sollte ich Probleme bekommen, so die Verkäuferin, kann ich mich jeder zeit an sie wenden. Daumen hoch I got zebra finches about 5 weeks ago. You are still alive and well. The advice was also competent and very friendly. If I have any problems, says the saleswoman, I can contact her at any time. thumbs up

P	Perico Caballero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly young lady with decent English attended me (as I don't speak yet good German). She sold me a set (treats, food, hay, cage, wooden house for the cage, litter for the cage base) for two small Guinea pigs (including the Guinea pigs) and all fine. A bit expensive though, but overall very pleased with getting what I was searching for and the treat I received.
