★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöflich und unverschämt (Ehre für die Ausreden), der Typ, der arbeitete, gab mir den Rest des Geldes nicht zurück, sie haben den anderen Namen verlegt, als ich ihnen sagte, dass sie sich sehr unhöflich benommen hatten, der Mann sagte mir etwas, was ich sagte Ich verstand kein Deutsch und er sagte zu seinem Kollegen: "Es ist nicht mein Problem, dass du kein Deutsch kannst, warum lebst du dann in Österreich." Sehr frech und unhöflich.
 Very rude and rude (honor for the excuses), the guy who worked didn't give me the rest of the money back, they misplaced the other name when I told them they had behaved very rudely, the man told me something I said I didn't understand German and he said to his colleague: "It's not my problem that you don't know German, then why do you live in Austria." Very cheeky and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lieber online machen! Lange schlange, sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter. Man muss sich zuerst rechtfertigen, und dann sagt er: "hier können Sie kein Geld schicken".
100% Zeitverschwendung, und online ist es sogar günstiger!?
Interessanter weise, habe ich es online innerhalb 3 Minuten für weniger Geld geschafft. 1,90 statt 6,50(!)
Better to do it online! Long line, very rude employee. You have to justify yourself first, and then he says: "You can't send money here".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute früh war ich zum ersten mal dort in der Lugner City und musste wegen einen Notfall dringend Geld schicken. Ich war so verwirrt und nicht bei Sinnen.... Die zwei Herren dort haben mich beruhigt und mir alles erklärt. Es ging sehr schnell und mein Vater hatte das Geld in 5 minuten erhalten. Vielen vielen Dank!!!
This morning I was there in the Lugner City for the first time and had to send money urgently because of an emergency. I was so confused and out of my mind... The two gentlemen there calmed me down and explained everything to me. It was very quick and my father received the money in 5 minutes. Thanks alot!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse company ever, beyond a joke. I would never recommend them to anyone for any of their services. Do not consider them, look else where!! Otherwise you'll know what to be robbed mean. Ive tried theire online app ive send an amount of money 5 days ago and they are not able to send the money further and neither to resolve my situation , I'll have to get further ro Claims court because of the stupidity way treating you're customers!
